I loved this book! It's a great reminder that you matter! This came at a good time for me. You Are Essential is uplifting and gives encouraging quotes, stories, and scriptures. It shows how everyone is important with what they do: Sometimes we just need reminding!

The book itself is pocket-sized and is colorful and even has its own personal ribbon bookmark attached to the book. It would make the perfect gift for those who need these reminders and a great little coffee table book.
I highly recommend it and it makes a good gift too!

You Are Essential was an absolute blessing to read! With motivational quotes, stories, and beautiful imagery there were many times while reading that I experienced the feeling that this book was written just for me. I suffer from severe depression and anxiety and this was a boost I never expected! An absolute must have addition to every single bookshelf whether you need a pick me up or you want to spread some inspiration and express love and gratitude for someone in your life this is the book to pick up!

This is quite the inspirational, motivational, and encouraging book! This would make a great gift to someone, especially one who may be going through a challenging chapter in life.

I love the anecdotes, the "real life" stories sprinkled throughout, the positive quotes, and focus on mindfulness, with the reframing on now, today, the present, and small actionable thoughts and discussions that can spark change. Highly recommend!

You Are Essential is a cute little gift book for those who feel discouraged about their life. Each day there is a small one-page uplifting story that will give some encouragement to whoever reads it. And in all honesty, this book could be given to just about anyone to just brighten their day. Even people who do not like to read can definitely handle this book.
