All the Feels is an utterly charming and engaging, slow-burn follow-up to Spoiler Alert. I was rooting for our main characters the whole time!

Charming and delightful, Ms. Dade's second novel in her "Spoiler Alert" is worth the read. This was a new author read I received from Netgalley for my personal review.

3.25 stars. Overall I did like this, though I preferred Spoiler Alert over this book. Lauren was a great FMC and I really liked her POV. I mainly struggled with the MMC Alex, he just acted so childish at times it was hard to think of him as a love interest. I also liked it more as it went along, the beginning was hard to get into. I think I will continue this series eventually, I am excited for Book 3!

I know this story is not the same. Actors vs band members. But I got the same vibes I had back when I Read The Stage Dive series by Kylie Scott.
It's be a while now. So I can't remember exactly which book it was. But the whole planned companion to fix the "bad boy" image had all those same boxes ticked.

There was a lot of tension that lead to moments that then payed off in this story. And I had to fight the pull of not putting this one down until I was finished.

Definitely one I would suggest to any of my friends for some tension but good romance

TL;DR:
- 3.25 stars
- Content warnings: fatshaming, fatphobia, ADHD rep, cruelty regarding appearance
- A famous movie star gets into a bit of trouble and his charge has been instructed to keep him out of it. But what if he gets himself into more over her?

Liked:
- Who doesn't like a famous person x real person story?! I will always pick one of these up, no matter the circumstances.
- Unlike most people I liked the interstitials! It gave a real 2000s romcom feeling and spiced up the storyline to me.

Less Into:
- Lauren's family, frankly, was horrible. And so were many other people in the book regarding her weight and her appearance. I know people can be this cruel and have seen it, but it was hard to read, honestly. This may not be an issue for everyone! (Made even harder to understand by the cover art, they're both so cute on it and the book continually references misshapen and asymmetrical features on Lauren's face).
- I found the platonic love between Alex and Lauren super believable. Two people helping each other through hard moments in life. But the transition to romantic feelings wasn't quite there for me, mostly on the side of Lauren. I didn't feel the inflection point where she was like "hey. I think I like this guy a lot." was believable. She felt so much more mature and capable than him.

Overall cute but lacking the oomph I was expecting. Still a very lovely read.

I received a copy of this book from the publisher through NetGalley. All opinions are my own.

3.5 stars rounded up. I know Dade is lauded for her fat rep, but I personally wasn't a fan. I found the rep to almost be secondary plot, instead of a fat person simply existing. What saved the story was Alex. He was very charming and hard to resist as the book developed. However, even then, there were moments where I struggled as he was portrayed more as a child than an adult coping with ADHD.

I am sorry for the inconvenience but I don’t have the time to read this anymore and have lost interest in the concept. I believe that it would benefit your book more if I did not skim your book and write a rushed review. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you NetGalley and Avon and Harper Voyager for this advanced copy.

All the Feels can be read as a standalone novel from the Spoiler Alert series, but I believe I enjoyed it a lot more having read the first book in the series, Spoiler Alert, prior to reading this one.

I found the banter between Lauren and Alex to feel genuine. I didn’t like the 3rd act breakup AT ALL, but I do think both parties apologized and communicated appropriately after the fact. The steamy factor that Olivia Dade writes is off the charts! Chapter 26 in this novel is definitely worth diving into!

I still have the 3rd book in this series to read, and I’m looking forward to that storyline very much!

This was super cute! I think this book was about 50 pages too long but otherwise a really cute story of unlikely people being soul mates.

I had a hard time reviewing this because I don’t think I want to admit that I was disappointed by All the Feels. I’m not sure if I read the blurb wrong initially or imagined it or something, but I was looking forward to a road trip romance and it just wasn’t what I expected. This review is definitely not indicative of Olivia Dade’s writing.

Thanks to Avon and NetGalley for my copy to review.

This was super cute. I love reading books with plus size main characters. We exist and deserve representation in chick lit too.

All the Feels had all the makings of a top-tier romance with many of the tropes that I love. Slowburn, enemies to lovers, romantic comedy. Unfortunately, I found both characters to be unlikeable, especially Alex. I just can't get over the way that Alex talked to Lauren. It wasn't funny. Though I appreciate the author building a career out of featuring plus-sized heroines, I have struggled with her portrayal. I don't come away feeling empowered or hold the relationship between the hero and heroine in high regard. Unfortunately a miss for me.

Soooo...I don't want to be negative, but this book wasn't for me. I know I should have love it since it had it all: forced proximity, slow burn, second chance, plus size representation, and workplace romance. But none of these kept my interest because I truly did not like the male main character. I found him a bit boring and untasteful. I just could not support this love interest.

There are a lot of things to love about Alex and Lauren. But let's be honest most of the love is for Alex. He popped as a character in Spoiler Alert and again in his own book.

I love his ridiculousness, golden retriever energy, and emotional vulnerability 10/10. The romance with Lauren felt a little rushed and the plot machinations were only so-so. But Alex has my heart so 4/5.

I really enjoyed this book. I'm a sucker for enemies to lovers and this was a good one, although it's a little more misunderstanding than true malice. Alex is a great book boyfriend, and his love of birds and sensitive side are an awesome contrast to his bad boy reputation. My biggest problem with the book is how different Lauren is portrayed on the cover verses her physical description.

Cute read and enjoyable. I love how Olivia Dade portrays famous stars as ordinary people who fall for ordinary people. I also love how her characters are of various ethnicities and sizes. I actually liked this story better than Spoiler Alert as the characters are more developed and relatable.

thank you Netgalley for the advance copy.

I loved the first book in the series! I thought this would be an automatic love - I was wrong 😞

This book ended up being a DNF. My rating is based solely on the content I read. I found the development of the story not engaging enough to finish the book.

I loved the first book in this series so much! This one wasn’t as good for me. I didn’t really enjoy either one of the main characters and wasn’t caught up in their story.
