The same but different. This story arc is pretty butch the same as many others but this author did a great job of making it different enough to keep my attention. Really good summer read.
A sweet romance that pulls you in. I really wont want to say too much about this one and give a lot away. I'm just going to say I loved reading this one. It was sweet and full of family. Even with alternative motives going in Macie (Martha, MJ) never expected things to turn out the way they did. Once she is fully immersed into Ross and his daughter Sam's life all things she was working on come to a screeching halt. I love the changes and growth with the 3 of them. The realization of what they have been working for isn't what they want at the end of the day is beautiful. The transformation with Macie is lovely. The chemistry is amazing between Ross and Macie. I love the bond she creates with Sam too. This is my first read of Hope Tarr and I can say I'm going back for more
I just got feed up with the heroine. Everyone just seemed selfish. The plot was over the top! Really just because someone doesn’t agree with you, if someone is conservative of course they are going to disagree. Dumb! Just dumb
This is a well written and fun story, a boss-employee romance, single dad romance with a secret identity and going undercover storyline and I loved how it starts out. Macie is blasted on Ross's radio show for an article she did on teens and birth control and sponsors start pulling ads. She thinks he is full of it and comes uo with the idea of getting to know him as his nanny and writing an expose on him.
Sam is his 15 year old daughter, who runs away from Ross's ex and comes to him and moves in, and he needs help with her and so he wants to find a good influence helper to try and get thru to Sam. Enter Macie, who is undercover and who gets the job.
This was a fun story. You have to suspend reality a bit but if you do, you will love this story. Ross and Macie are very attracted and I really liked both characters and the storyline. This is a very fun story and I really loved all the characters involved.
