This book is exactly what it looks like -a cheery book, with Brittany's own story mixed in, and quite American in style (I say as a non-American). It's motivational in parts, and a little OTT in other parts. Very much targeted at the younger audience. Mostly the advice was good, some of it predictable, but overall it would be useful advice for a young person. Some of the tips are things that anyone will conclude, like "we will make the same decisions over and over until we learn how to make new ones" while others were new.
