I must firstly apologise for the amount of time it has taken me to provide a review of this book, my health was rather bad for quite some time, something that had me in hospital on numerous occasions and simply didnt leave me with the time I once had to do what I love most.
Unfortunately that does mean I have missed the archive date for many of these books, so It would feel unjust throwing any review together without being able to pay attention to each novel properly.
However, I am now back to reading as before and look forward to sharing my honest reviews as always going forward. I thank you f0r the patience and understanding throughout x
I wanted to read this book. It was a good read and I really enjoyed this from the beginning to the end of it. Will read more and liked it very much.
3 sisters and all are having a life crisis at the same time. They return to the place they call home to regroup and support each other. A heart warming story for each of the girls intertwined with moving forward. A reminder that life throws us curves. It is how we handle it that makes a difference on the outcome.
Ally and her sisters Bayley and Cameron went for a visit down memory lane. They had each hit rock bottom quite unexpectedly. With new paths opening up for the sisters, it all boils down to their choosing the right one. Which would be determined by their deep desires and how well they can conquer their fears and uncertainties.
It was a nice book it was just hard to get into it with so many points of view, I couldn't tell one sister from another.
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book received from the publisher via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
A fantastical read by the talented Paula Adler. I could relate to her characters and this was the perfect book to read and escape the drama of the world
When I think of women's literary, I think of books just like this one, that gives all the feels and satisfies every reader's heart. This is a perfect books to snuggle up with on any day. This one took by surprise! North is one of the best.
This book was sent to me by Netgalley electronically for review…there were so many characters that I had trouble keeping him straight…sisters and friends and loved ones…so many voices In the book. I prefer one narrator telling the story, but usually can handle a book like this…others may love this…I just did not…
So sweet and romantic. I loved every single moment. This is one I could read again and again. Well thought out. Definitely recommend.
I fell in love with the cover and enjoyed the story. It's poignant, heartwarming and entertaining.
Good character development, a plot that flows and a lovely setting.
Even if it's the 3rd in a series it can be read as a stand-alone.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine
What a splendidly heartwarming book! These kinds of books renew my faith in the romance genre. It is so full of heart, warmth, love, and all of the feels that you cannot help but fall in love with not only the characters but the world of Magnolia Bloom itself. I desperately wish this was a real place. If there's any place even remotely like this in Texas then I want to move there. This place just wraps around you like your favorite blanket filling you with comfort, reminding you that everything can come out okay no matter how broken or shattered that you feel. I have fallen head over heels for Magnolia Bloom and I do believe that is a book love that lasts. I'm ready for another dose of love and dreams whenever the next book comes out! I would give this book twenty stars if I could. A purely magnificent read! Highly highly highly highly highly recommend!
A thank you to the author, publishers, and Netgalley for me to be able to read and review this wonderful heartfelt book!
Aly Cammie are Bailey are 3 completely different sisters. This was all about how they were able to get there lives together
This novel was a wonderful book about family. It was a sweet and easy read. This is the first book I've read by this author and the first book I've read in the series. I will be going back to read the others. Usually I'm a fan of historical fiction (WWII) so this was a change for me. Thank you NetGalley for this ARC.
This was my first book by this author and I really enjoyed it. It made me want to go back and read the rest of the series since this is the 3rd book. It was nice to see these sisters come together and lean on each other as they work out their lives.
The characters are beautifully written and I came to love them within the first few pages and was rooting for them all the way to the end. At times I wanted to stop reading because I just wanted the experience to go on for longer. Sign of a good good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sweet small town story. This is the 3rd book in the series but the first book I have read. Can be read as a stand alone. Cammie , Bailey and Alyssa are 3 sisters whose lives are at a crossroads. Cammie the youngest who older husband pasted away leaving her with a mountain of debt and no job. Bailey the middle sister whose daughter is graduating from high school and Alyssa the oldest who is a country music star that walks outside and finds out from the media her music partner husband is cheating on her with their publicist. All three come home to Magnolia Bloom for the family reunion and to re-evaluate their lives. This is a very heartwarming story and author Paula Adler does a great job weaving the storylines between the sisters and their lives. Love all the family members. It was really nice to see the sisters bonding and finding new directions and paths to follow in life. Highly recommend.
Was given this ARC for an honest review.
This book was so good! It's the first book I've read in this series and now I want to read the rest. This is a well written book that will keep you turning the pages to see what happens next. It's a beautifully written sweet romance that you hate to see end. Thank you Dragon Dreams Press, LLC--Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA), Members' Titles via NetGalley for the complimentary copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own.
I enjoyed Springtime in Magnolia Bloom. This was my first Magnolia Bloom book, but I didn't find I had any trouble keeping track of the characters or the story. It's a great piece of realistic fiction--solid, engaging characters who make you care about them, and a compelling plot. My one complaint was that it felt like it was ending 3 or 4 times before the actual end. Overall, a great read, though.
Good summer read! enjoyed the story! This is family at heart, we have to gain sometime and distance to work (like the Brady Bunch)!
Springtime in Magnolia Bloom was a quick, easy and enjoyable read. It tells the story of three sisters who have all returned home for varying reasons. The book shows each sister's journey as they deal with what's happened or happening to them that is out of their control.
The three sister's couldn't have been more different, but I felt that their personalities worked for their storyline's and they also fit perfectly within their group. They were in no way similar to one another but 100% supportive on everything they did.
There were romance storylines for two of the sister's, and the end of the relationship for one, but I felt that the real relationship of the book was the sister's relationship. The book centred on each sister's troubles but how each sister was there to listen, provide support and just be there for one another, no matter how far apart they usually are.
The only reason I placed it as a three star and not a four star read was there appeared to be grammar and punctation errors (very few but I couldn't help but notice them). On page 149 the sentence reads 'I agree you there' which I assumed was meant to be 'I agree with you there' and then on page 477 there was a missing " at the end of the sentence when it was clear the speaker had finished talking.
Other than that, this would be a book I recommend as books in small villages, with a strong sense of family and community, which makes the characters easy to become attached to and want to carry on reading stories based in the same village or community.
