An unusual perspective on the healthcare systems in the USA!
At first, being not a part of the USA healthcare system, I wasn't sure how this book will be useful for me. Although it has been written taking into account one particular country, it is relevant to many areas of the world.
The book not just highlights the problem with the optimisation of the economy in the healthcare system, it also emphasises the relevant solutions.
Building trust is not a problem in this book since the author gives his personal account of dealing with the financial and moral side of the medical field, making it all the more appropriate.
With the challenging views on the current protocols, Todd is not questioning the doctors or the nurses, he is challenging the policymakers and reviewers. He is making us see the political aspects of formulating health-related operating procedures.
With so much of knowledge and wisdom on the issue that concerns everyone, this is a revolution.
