I enjoy this series, but this book had too much going on for my taste. Once again, we see the nefarious Myles Faulkner being pursued by William. Warwick. Because of the repetition of characters and continuation of the same plot, this is not suitable as a stand-alone.
Additionally, Archer throws in subplots and more characters, simply too much. I was disappointed and felt confused. Like many series, there isn’t enough material in the same case to keep it fresh and exciting.
