If you’re a totally newbie salesperson or business owner, Sell Different! might offer valuable insight. Unfortunately, for everyone else, you have heard all of these “revelations” before.
Finding a way to differentiate your business from your competitors is a great idea but nothing new. The book suggests using three business practices to achieve that differentiation:
-Make your decision influencers (DIs) and clients feel special
-Be genuine
-Be responsive
The rest of the book gives more information on how to achieve each of the three practices.
Yawn! I concede that I probably have more knowledge about business and sales after being a tech DI for years. Therefore, I’ll give Sell Different! 3 stars with the caveat that mostly only beginners will benefit from reading it.

You may ask if another book on selling can be different? This one is! I have found many fresh perspectives if sales strategy. Strategic approach is always the one that brings results in combination with a list of appropriate action steps. This book will change the way you may perceive sales straight now and help you to drive new ways of closings deals with happy customers.
