Cute gag comic for fans of Marvel. Each comic is an interaction between a Marvel character and Captain Marvel's pet cat, the outcome of which reveals something about the character. The jokes don't land unless you know a lot about Marvel. But for fans it's great!

I absolutely loved this! Reading about Chewie's adventures with other characters in the Marvel universe was a treat. I hope to see more cute, quick reads like this in the future!

I mean, what can I say about this title other than Marvel Heroes and a mischievous cat. There were a couple action sequences that confused me a bit. But other than that, cute read, especially if you would like to see what it would be like if Marvel characters interacted with a cat.

This funky little graphic novel is a pop art want-to-be. Each panel takes you through how a different marvel character reacts to a cat. And some of the graphics are lost on me as the vision media watermark is quite huge and dark and make some panels harder to see than others but overall it’s interesting. They are few to little words so it’s attainable by most any reader. I do like the pop art pops of color such as Thor being black, white, and pink; wolverine black, blue, and white. This is really a book more for fans than for casual readers. Tt wasn’t bad but I feel no desire to add it to my collection.

I thought it was okay. I've been told these comic strips originally appeared on Instagram, and I can see that in their content. They're cute, but don't contain many words or a story.

Would I recommend this book to another person? No, probably not. The comics are available for free on the Internet, and I don't think the book is worth paying for when there's not much to get out of it. The book took me about 20 minutes to read and I believe it's current price is around $15-$20 for the physical version.

I mean, okay? This was fine, I just don't see the point.

The comics are completely wordless, and felt kind of repetitive. The artwork is nice though mostly black-and-white with a consistent line-weight, which made it difficult to parse some of the busier illustrations (this wasn't helped by the big watermarks on every page of my eARC).

For the record, I'm a cat lover. But this bored me.

Captain Marvel has a pet cat who seems to know all the characters in the Marvel universe as she goes on an adventure and visits everyone from Spiderman to Thanos to Rocket Raccoon to Deadpool to Wolverine. I liked how she was able to see so many different characters in their elements. The Marvel cat is true to its nature and causes mischief and snuggles up non-discriminatorily. If you like the Marvel universe and you like cats - this is the graphic novel for you. (and can we just acknowledge the talent it takes to draw all these diverse characters?!? Swoon).

Loved the art and loved the cuteness of these stories of marvel heros and their cats, but the tone nd humor were pretty one note.

This was adorable! The art is fun and minimalist and the stories are mostly told through it, with only the rare bit of dialogue. I love the strips with the cat versions of different characters and thought the Wolverine, Loki, and Galactus ones were especially cute.

Marvel Meow features the beautiful and pleasant art of Nao Fuji as you follow Captain Marvel’s cat, Chewie, on a series of adventures where she crosses paths with many heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe. Told entirely through art, very few words are used in the strips, you get a bunch of delightful cat hijinks.

I cannot stand how perfectly cute this book is. It will definitely be adored by both cat fans and Marvel Comics fans. It's such a delightful little read.

Marvel Meow is a series of comic shorts in which Chewie (Captain Marvel's cat) visits different characters in the Marvel Verse. The art is lovely and some of the pages made me laugh. This is more of an art book than a graphic novel. There is no story thread from page to page. A good gift for a Marvel fan, but not something I would read again and again.

Imagine Captain Marvel's cat interacting with all your favorite Marvel heros. This nearly wordless comic is both entertaining and cute.

A fun little book for cat lovers and Marvel fans and the cross section of that venn diagram. Goofy doodles and funny scenarios imagined with really great art. Very enjoyable.

What a fun Marvel comic! You might not know this, but Carol Danvers' cat Chewie has some pretty cool adventures, too, and now we finally get to see them. I had a little trouble following the art in the ARC because of the publisher watermark and that fact that its mostly wordless with the storytelling done exclusively through artwork (which I do actually love), but I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless. Such a rascally cat! No one can resist his charms!

Honestly, I would read ten of these. Keep 'em coming.

This is a super adorable collection.  It doesn't really have a story like I originally thought, but I still had a lot of fun reading through.  I love cats and it was super cute to see a cat interact with a lot of my favourite Marvel characters.  This really is a sweet little collection for people who like cats and Marvel.

The art was really nice and though there were a minimal amount of words, you were still able to get a really good idea of what was going on.  The character design was really nice and clear.  I liked how each page was different and told a unique facet of the story.

I will say that I'm mostly a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so there were some characters that I was super unclear on because they haven't been in a movie yet.  However, the book contained brief overviews for all of the characters that it featured.  This was really helpful to me.

Overall, this collection was super cute and I definitely recommend it.

Marvel Meow by Nao Fuji is a really cute comic about Captain Marvel’s “cat” and all the hi-jinx it gets into when visiting other marvel superheroes.

The artwork is amazing and the little stories are so fun. I love how the personalities of the superheroes still shine through with the limited amount of time they have in the book.
This book is very comic based rather than movie based, so I liked that I also learned about some characters too.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it’s very hard to properly display action scenes in this format. Only a page of maybe 8-10 panels makes it hard to showcase the action and made it hard to understand the sequences too.

This was cute, but ultimately I'm not sure who would read it. My audience that enjoys the cutesy chibi slice-of-life manga doesn't bisect much with the group that loves marvel. They're more cousins than siblings.

Marvel Meow read like a collection of Marvel cat memes. This would be appreciated by Marvel fans and cat fans alike. Just like normal humans, Marvel heroes do behave differently when a cat is around.
