This book felt a bit disjointed to me. I enjoyed the character development and the story, but the skips from one part to the next did not feel coherent to me.Otherwise, a great story about a man trying to sort his way through his grief. The emotions felt very raw and real.
This was a story involving friends and the death of one which weighed heavily on all of them. The best friend relocated and half-heartedly went on with his life. It had some romance and relationships in it. A section of the book included September 11 when someone was traveling and missed the flight but we learn of some not so lucky. Of course, everyone has a story of this day, the book no different. I thought there were too many characters and no one stayed in the same place and with so many characters it was hard to keep track of them. But overall an interesting book.
