Although it's part 3 of a series, but It can be read as a stand alone. I did not want to put this book down. There were all kinds of surprises and twists and turns that I was not expecting. It was such an emotional read that will have you in shock by the end of the story.
I received a copy of the book via netgalley and am voluntarily leaving an honest review
Jina Jameson King finds out her husband Tony King has been in a car accident. When she arrives at the hospital she finds out he has memory loss and does not remember that they are separated because Tony had filed for divorce from Jina. Tony wants to be with Jina and declares his undying love for her and their son.
Jina is going through emotional rollercoaster because of how her and Tony relationship was before the accident of not wanting her and now she doesn’t know what to believe.
This was an interesting read that had some suspicious characters like Tony’s young stepmother Sheila, his friend Keith and Tony’s father Alex. There was a lot of plot twist and turns which kept me wondering who is telling the truth and who is lying and keeping secrets. Even Jina’s Family was suspect in how they tried to keep certain truths to come out because of them being over protective of Jina.
This was a page-turner and I was completely surprised by the ending, which was so unexpected.
I recommend this book to read especially if you like suspense with plot twist and turns.

I voluntarily received a ARC from Netgalley and this review is of my own honest opinion and thoughts.
This book 3 in the series and I probably should’ve read books 1 and 2 before I read book 3. This is a Christian based book and I must say that I enjoyed reading Jina and Tony’s story. Jina had it all career, husband and baby. One day it all ended. Tony wakes up in a hospital bed before his divorced is final with amnesia after an accident. There are so many things going on in their lives but Tony is sure that Jina is future because his heart would lie to him or would it.
This is a great read where Tony has to get his life back on track and save his marriage. Is Jina going to be their and help Tony, is it even worth, will Tony get his memory back and realized what could’ve cause so much in their lives to change?
I will be going back to read the first two books in the series.

Against my Window was another great read by Tracee Lydia Garner. I will feature the book as Book of the Day, interview the author and include the book in my monthly roundup of new releases.
I generally try to post positive reviews and while I gave this a 3 star review, it was mainly for the plots and twists in the book.I found the dialog mundane for the first few chapters and difficult to understand the many cryptic references to things that happened in the past.Apparently it's best to read the preceding books in the series as this book does not carry a lot of weight as a standalone. So I began skimming pages , thinking I would probably not finish it, but then I skipped to the last few chapters as a means to comprehend the body of the story. Here is where it all made sense, so I picked back up where I left off and was able to appreciate the story better.Miss Garner makes it obvious that there are untrustworthy characters but leaves you indecisive as to exactly which ones are, a genius move on her part. You'll find that your initial emotions to her characters remains steadfast throughout the story. Not to give away anything in the book , but I think a couple of the unsavory characters should have met more dire consequences. The book ended well and while this is not usually the trope I like to read as I dislike violence , the subterfuge made it passable.
In book three of Tracee Lydia Garner’s Jameson Family Series we get a multilayered, twisty, part thriller, part romance story. I have often wondered what it would be like to lose a portion of my memory where my reality has remained constant but the realities of my loved ones has shifted. After a horrific accident, Tony wakes up to find that he and his beloved wife Jina are in the process of dissolving their marriage. She comes to visit him in the hospital but leaves him there with no word as to when or whether she will take him WITH her. Taking matters in his own hands, he soon finds the love of his life with the intentions of righting whatever missteps his OTHER self has made. Fortunately, Ms. Garner gives us the points of view for both characters as well as the machinations of other pertinent characters. The events leading up to Tony’s accident are enthralling….we get a heaping, steaming plate of the seven deadly sins. Will Tony and Jina be able to unravel this intricate web of lies and hate? This installment was a great story and I especially liked how Tony’s love was sure even when his mind wasn’t.
Against My Window by Tracee Lydia Garner is such a sweet story. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Jina and Tony, a Christian couple who are going through a really challenging time. Tony's accident and subsequent amnesia only add to their challenges. Added to that are all the problems that are coming at them from his messed up extended family. Thank God Jina has a loving, Godly family that has both their backs! Against My Window is a clean love story with a fast paced mystery woven in. ,While it's not my typical kind of novel I really enjoyed it.
An intense book with mixed family stories that was inspirational. It was encouraging to see how families interact and I was drawn in by the author's descriptions of people's responses to life.
