This was a great book to understand more about operational risk in financial services. Since I work in financial services I thought this was a helpful book with some good tips of things to improve in the workplace.

There are not many books on operational risk in finance, so it is nice that this one came around. Complete with diagrams, graphs, and samples, this book does a great job explaining risk framework in a simple, and understandable way. This really could be considered the guidebook for those new to operational risk. Thank you Netgalley for a ARC.

Fantastic overview, really great insights into the role and useful regardless of current employment level. Solidly recommend.
