The Peachtree Bluff Series is one of my all time favorite series so I couldn't wait to read Christmas in Peachtree Bluff! It definitely did not disappoint! It had the perfect amount of holiday cheer. I loved the multiple points of view like the other books in the series. I also enjoy how Kristy Woodson Harvey gives you a tiny smidgen of a recap from the previous books. It's just enough to remind you about a detail or event. I highly recommend Christmas in Peachtree Bluff!!!

I enjoyed the return to Peachtree Bluff in this Christmas story. While reading, I found it a little too sweet and predictable. But after reading the author's acknowledgements, I understood her desire to return to a comfortable setting during the unknown of the pandemic. It was nice to get an update on the Murphy sisters, and I always love a good holiday setting.
If you enjoyed the first 3 stories about the Murphy sisters, you will certainly appreciate. Many thanks to the publisher and Net Galley for the advance copy in return for my thoughts

Meteorologists are reporting that the “storm of the century” is bearing down on the coastal Georgia town of Peachtree Bluff. Fourth in the series, Christmas in Peachtree Bluff, opens with the matriarch, a true Southern lady, Ansley Murphy, waiting for her daughters, Sloane, Emerson, Caroline, and families to arrive for Thanksgiving Day. Kristy Woodson Harvey does an excellent job of providing the details and backstory on each of the daughters and other characters from the first three books in the series. Through memories and storytelling readers come to empathize and settle into the traditions and history of homes known as Murphy Row, all a short walk from the marina on the beach. Charming descriptions add a holiday thrill and chill to strolling and shopping the boutiques with twinkling lights and wreaths on streetlights in the square. The saga continues amidst family secrets uncovered, mystery mixed with legends, and the angst of a teenager dealing with a divorce. The safety of the entire Murphy family and the cherished holiday traditions of Peachtree Bluff are in jeopardy as Hurricane Pearl gains intensity. In the face of adversity readers are reminded of the importance of family, forgiveness, and faith.
Fans of KWH, new and old, will treasure the blend of holiday traditions, suspense, and surprise in Christmas in Peachtree Bluff.
Official hurricane season is June 1-November 30. With plenty of warning, Peachtree Bluff fans are sheltering in place and bracing for Pearl- “coming ashore” October 26!

Although I haven’t read the other books in this series, I have read other stories by author: Kristy Woodson Harvey. I love Christmas stories and this has a great cover.
It is a fun read but I was doing a lot of catching up. I wish I had read one or more of the earlier stories

Want to thank NetGalley and Gallery Books for this early release granted to me for my honest professional opinion.
Publishing Release Date scheduled for October 26, 2021.

I loved this book! Slightly South of Simple was one of those book I discovered that I read every year. While I love the Peachtree Bluff girls, I wasn't as impressed with book two and three. But book four was right on par with the first one! I couldn't put this book down! I loved seeing where the girls are now and what troubles they have had to encounter. Such a great Christmas book! Gives you lots of warm feelings.

This book is one fans of the Peachtree Bluff series have been wishing for.
I love books about close knit families and small-town communities and this story hit just the right note. I do recommend reading the first three books in the trilogy before this one.
The Murphy sisters and their families get together during the holiday season but this year a late-season hurricane threatens their Christmas traditions.
Told through multiple POVs, it was wonderful catching up with the strong Murphy women! I related most with Caroline, as she’s navigates parenting a teenager.
The characters are as endearing as I remembered and I loved every moment of being back in Peachtree Bluff.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC of Christmas in Peachtree Bluff. I had just finished the third book in this series when I was gifted this one. It was perfect timing. First, I am a huge fan of generational stories and if these take place at the beach or in a coastal town then even better. Kristy Woodson Harvey has written characters that while I have never experienced things that they are going through make them completely relatable and lovable. They are flawed but redeemable. This is a great book 4 of the series. Do yourself a favor and read 1-3 then pick up this one to get you into the holiday season. Thanks so much Kristy Woodson Harvey and NetGalley.

This is one of those books that I just wanted to keep reading and didn’t want to end. It’s a great Christmas story. Living in Georgia, I could see these things happening. I absolutely love this family and the good folks of Peachtree Bluff. They have been through some hard times, but they always have each other. The storyline is great. I felt like I was right there with them, down in the valleys or up on the mountain. I have loved every book I have read by Kristy Woodson Harvey. If you haven’t read her books, I hope you will soon. I wouldn’t mind another trip to Peachtree Bluff, if she feels inclined to take us back. I received this book from NetGalley, but my opinion is my own.

What an Amazing story! It has it all from family drama to romance and everything in between. I haven’t read all of this series yet but I will. I’m so glad that you wrote this one. Thank you for a great story.

It's Thanksgiving and Ansley and Jack are preparing to take the cruise of a lifetime in a few weeks. All of the Murphy's gather for a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday meal when they get the horrible news of a category 4 hurricane named “Pearl” is heading their way and they must evacuate immediately. Just as Ansley and Jack are ready to evacuate, Vivi, Ansley’s granddaughter, gets some shocking news and disappears without a trace. Will they find Vivi in time and make it to their dream vacation? You will have to read to find out.
CHRISTMAS IN PEACHTREE BLUFF is a wonderful, cozy novel. I really enjoyed it. I have not read any of the other books in the Peachtree Bluff series, but this one can be read as a stand alone. I definitely plan to go back and read the rest of the series. I loved this book so much and highly recommend it to those who love books that put a smile on your face and laugh out loud. Kristy Woodson Harvey has become an auto-buy author for me.
Many thanks to NetGalley and Gallery Books for my ARC in exchange for my honest review

Nothing beats going home for the holidays! Peachtree Bluff is one of favorite places to visit. Just good!

Peachtree Bluff at Christmas time is full of wonderful traditions. Ansley & Jack are looking forward to taking their vacation of a lifetime and returning home right before Christmas. Hurricane Pearl, however, may have other plans for them. The entire Murphy family comes together to make this Christmas one of the most memorable.
This is such a cozy, feel good book. Who wouldn't want to live in Peachtree Bluff where everyone knows everyone's coffee order except for the new barista.
Thank you to NetGalley for a copy of this book for review.

I do love me some Kristy Woodson Harvey. I hadn't read the Peachtree Bluff series prior to receiving this ARC, so I spent last weekend getting to know the Murphy clan. Mom Ansley, sisters Caroline, Sloan, and Emerson, and various husbands, lovers, and kids. The characters are well-developed, the storylines intricate and interesting, but a world without Ikea furniture is so hard for me to relate to! But, if there's another installment, I'll be reading it. LOL
Thank you Gallery Books and NetGalley for the opportunity to read a digital ARC in return for an honest review.

One of the best Christmas books I've read in a long time. Filled with love, family, friends, and making mistakes. I honestly can't say enough about this book. The series is about a mom and three adult daughters, their lives, challenges, and successes. This book in series focusses on the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the opportunity for each to have their Christmas wishes.
I laughed, cried and smiled, and could not put it down.
I received an advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Thank you to NetGalley, Gallery Books, and Kristy Woodson Harvey for a free copy of Christmas in Peachtree Bluff. I HIGHLY recommend this book series!
If you want to read a Christmas book that warms your heart and reminds you of the importance of family, this is the book! Kristy writes these wonderful characters that are beautifully human!
I would recommend reading the other books in this series first. This is just the best Christmas book and will definitely get you in the holiday spirit! This is a must buy!

As the author stated in her acknowledgment, “Thank you for saying yes, Gallery” for allowing me to offer my honest review of this Advanced Reader Copy of Christmas in Peachtree Bluff through NetGalley.
Although, the author says the Peachtree Bluff series is finished you know the story still goes on and this is proof that the story will never end. Even if it only lives in our hearts Murphy Row will live on as a glorious story that needs telling.
I don’t believe a reader must read the trilogy to understand what is taking place in this story; the author clearly introduces characters and expands on their previous parts played in the trilogy to make the reader aware of the intricacies of the characters and their importance to the plot. But of course you want to read the trilogy if you haven’t already once you’ve read this Christmas story.
The hurricane sets the drama for this episode to build upon, for the family to grow and expand on and to set the ground work for possible future stories. This story is well written and developed as a reader would expect from Kristy Woodson Harvey and will not be disappointed. The question left me is are you a Christmas movie or a snow globe?

I did not read the previous 3 books in the series so it took me a little bit to figure out who all of the characters were and how they fit together, but once I did, I was hooked. I enjoyed so much that this family came together during the holidays, even with all of their emotional baggage, and continued all of their traditions. I also enjoyed how despite the trials, they still cared so much about each other.
Thanks so much to netgalley and the publisher for the arc. The opinions are my own.

Ansley and her husband, Jack are about to take the trip of a lifetime.... a cruise to Australia. Before they leave, the everyone gathers together to tell them goodbye and then, because the “storm of the century” is heading toward Peachtree Bluff, the entire family begins evacuating. Caroline's teenage daughter Vivi is having problems adjusting to her parents' divorce and has been giving Caroline a hard time, so it has been decided that Vivi will go on the cruise with Ansley and Jack. However, Vivi acts out right before time to leave and disappears and they end up missing the cruise in order to go on a rescue mission to try and find their delinquent granddaughter before the hurricane hits.
I really enjoyed this book. My only complaint was that I found the way they dealt with Vivi's behavior a little unbelievable. Other than that, I really enjoyed the story, and I loved following the storylines of the three sisters and their mom, Ansley. It has lots of humor and heartfelt moments and will leave you with a smile on your face. I definitely recommend this one to anyone who loves a good fiction book.

Kristy Woodson Harvey writes great Southern fiction Christmas in Peachtree Bluff was the 4th book in a series. The first part is action-packed and then it lagged some at the end. With great Southern attitudes and characteristics, the reader is drawn into the drama of catastrophes and learning to deal with them. Even though it has a Christmas background it would make a great beach read. Readers that enjoy Southern fiction would definitely enjoy this book.

I absolutely adored this book! Peachtree Bluff series is my favorite set of books that Kristy has written, and this Christmas read was the cherry on top. Thank you for allowing me to read and review this book!
