A great finish to the series. Jackson is a master of plot twists and keeps you on the edge of your seat until the very end.

This series was so much fun. It is a light read with lots of twists and turns. I think the audio version added a little something extra. I do not usually do series and I am glad I stuck with this one.

This was a great end to the trilogy. It was dark while staying age appropriate. I appreciated the deeper themes woven throughout the story.

I don't want to say too much about this because it is the third book in the series, but this is how you end a trilogy!

A great series finale. That last chapter really had me on the edge of my toes!! I'm super interested in what Holly Jackson does next.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this one as I didn't exactly love the first one but liked enough to keep reading, and ended up mostly enjoying the second one.

While the events that transpire within this conclusion were controversial (I feel they are anyway, given the way the characters are portrayed in the first 2 books) it will make for a good buddy or book club read.

I get why Pip ends up where she does, as she has PTSD and is in a very dark place. Even so, to have the characters do a complete 180 threw me for a loop and I honestly didn't really enjoy that. It's quite unbelievable.

I sincerely appreciate the publisher and NetGalley for providing me with a review copy. All opinions expressed herein are mine and mine alone.

I have no idea why I haven't submitted my review for this book. I finished this book a while ago and loved it. Here is my short Goodreads review.

5 stars.

What the actual frick? I did NOT expect this damn book to make me cry. Oh my god that ending. I'm sooo glad the ending looped back around the way it did because I was worried justice wouldn't be served for the wrongly accused. This was a really great book. Pip was a tad annoying and she definitely has PTSD and should be seeing a therapist to get meds so that part confused me. Other than that I loved it.

the third book in the GGGTM series that fell a little flat for me. A bit too far-fetched and too many plot holes for me! Loved the series as a whole though!

I loved this serious - the Good Girl's Guide to Murder. I felt it was a unique concept and I loved how Pip worked to uncover the crimes in the first two installments. In this final book, I don't really like who Pip has become. I think the Nietzsche quote about fighting with monsters, beware you don't become one aptly fits this story. I know that because of the things that happened to Pip she has some PTSD. She has made stupid decisions in the past, but in this book she makes one stupid decision after another. Her decision in chapters 30/31 just doesn't make any sense. I think it was too pat of a way to tie up all the people she wanted to punish for the crimes of the last two books. Forensics would have supported her story had she told the truth. I just couldn't buy what she did. The ending left a bad taste in my mouth.

Holly Jackson, as far as I'm concerned, can do no wrong. This book was just as amazing as her previous ones.

Although I loved the first two in this series, I could just not get into this book. Although I wanted to know about the end of this series and see how the characters developed. I am sad that i could not get into this novel

I loved the first two books in the 𝘈 𝘎𝘰𝘰π˜₯ 𝘎π˜ͺπ˜³π˜β€™π˜΄ 𝘎𝘢π˜ͺπ˜₯𝘦 𝘡𝘰 π˜”π˜Άπ˜³π˜₯𝘦𝘳 series so much. I was drawn to the mixed media format, the true crime podcast angle, the characters and of course the mysteries. I couldn’t wait to see how the series would end. I even bought myself a signed copy of 𝐀𝐬 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐀𝐬 πƒπžπšπ. BUT, I just did not love this book friends. I did not enjoy the changes in Pip we got throughout this book. Yes, my heart hurt for her as she obviously struggled with PTSD. That aspect of the story was emotional, real and I was sucked in as Pip seemingly unraveled right before our eyes. I just couldn’t come to terms with how fundamentally Pip changed in this book. Did it make for a dark and sensational story? Yes. Was I disappointed? ABSOLUTELY! ⁣

Others have loved this finale so if you haven’t read it yet, I encourage you to read it for yourself and form your own opinion. Reading is 100% subjective which is one the things I love about it. While this didn’t work for me, it might work for you. I will say that I enjoyed the first two books enough that I hope this might not be the last I see of Pip, somehow.

I actually did not finish this book which made me sad because I LOVED the others. I didn't really enjoy where the character development took Pip. I skipped to the ending of the book just to see how it ended and I was not thrilled with the ending. It felt like a let down after everything they had been through.

As Good as Dead is a fantastic conclusion to an amazing, heart-stopping trilogy! I absolutely loved it and I'm so sad it's over!

Holly Jackson does it again. She writes these YA thrillers that grab you on page one, take you for a wild ride, and leave you wanting more at the end. As Good as Dead is book 3 in the A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder series and is the perfect ending. This is a long read but kept a medium pace throughout. I definitely think readers will be satisfied with the ending of this well loved series.

I'm probably going to be in small majority of people who did not like the last book sadly. This book did not seem to flow with Pip the way the first 2 did. It was not so much a who done it, gather the clues and save someone - what encompasses Pip. When I found out where the story was going I just couldn't connect. By the last half/quarter of the book I was just not a fan of the person Pip was becoming. This one just didn't do it for me.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for my copy of As Good as Dead by Holly Jackson. All opinions are my own.

This is one of my favorite series of all time, which is huge because I usually struggle to read series. This is a go-to recommendation for teens and adults alike.

Absolutely love this series and cannot believe I live in a world where other people don't?! Cannot wait for the next installment.

Love this series! My students are so interested in mysteries, thrillers, and stories about podcasts/the internet and this fills so many of those boxes. The first few books in this series are pretty much never available because kids love them so much so i can't wait to add this one to my library.
