I received an advance copy of, Home For a Cowboy Christmas, by Donna Grant. This is a nice cowboy Christmas story. The characters were ok.

LOVED this book!!! Emmy is a bookkeeper who witnesses a crime committed by a mob boss.. He intends to kill her to prevent her testifying against him. When Emmy enters witness protection, she thinks she'll be safe, until the mob assassin gets too close. The marshal whisks her away to an old friend of his on his Montana ranch. Dwight is happy to take Emmy in and protect her. As he protects her, their romance develops and Dwight will learn just how far he'll go to protect her - just as Emmy will learn just what she'll do for Dwight.

I loved the characters - Emmy is a sweet girl who gets caught up in something unintentionally, while Dwight is a tough guy who was first a military man before joining the FBI. They were likable and interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed their story and found myself engrossed in their tale.

If you enjoy romantic suspense, you will love this book. Put this one at the top of your TBR list. The author is on my must read authors' list.
