Due to several things in my life, I've taken a step back from devotionals and am doing my own.

If I ever go back to reading devotionals I will read this one and leave a review however the devotionals I've attempted to follow along of late haven't been the greatest, perhaps it is due to the digital format and my personal preference to have physical ones during my devotions and I may purchase a copy as this devotional has held my attention the most.

I really enjoyed reading a devotional a day. The way Sadie writes is easy to understand and is full of encouragement.

“Holy Lord Jesus, thank you for loving me, even with all my mistakes, with all my imperfections and problems. Thank you, Amen.”

Do you want a positive, uplifting role model who will point your girls to God? Sadie Robertson Huff is an excellent voice for her generation. Her new devotional, “Live on Purpose,” is packed with meaningful devotionals to inspire teens and young adults! The devotionals will encourage your girls to reach new depths of faith as they discover how to live life fearlessly, rely on God, and not look to the world for their worth. She tackles many subjects that girls struggle with daily and offers practical tools with grace and wisdom. I definitely found myself wishing there were more than 100 devotionals because I couldn’t put it down. I highly recommend this devotional, and it makes the perfect addition to any girl’s study of the Bible.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.

Do you like devotionals? I do, and I've got a great one to share. In 100 Devotions for Letting Go of Fear, Sadie reminds readers that they aren't perfect, and that's ok. But we can strive to be like Jesus in spite of our shortcomings. You can see her heart in each and every devotion in this book. Some devotions seem to be too fake to me. Almost like the author is just writing about all these unattainable traits. Not so here - Sadie keeps it real and I am here for it. ⠀

This devotional isn't just for teens, or even young adults. It's for Christians of all ages. I'm **cough** ___ years old and I found each day's devotion easy to connect with. The short prayers at the end are good reminders of what we should be asking God throughout our days. I don't know about you, but I struggle with fear in many areas of my life. These devotions were just what I needed. And you might need them too! ⠀

Watching as Sadie Robertson has grown up from awkward teen girl on Duck Dynasty to powerful speaker, preacher and author has been a really cool thing to see. I love the role model she is to young girls like my daughter, and I appreciate her integrity in that. This book is evident of it. Her writing and straight to the point and practical, but it lacks a quick power punch in the two page devotionals. The topics she writes on are relevant to teens, twenties and might I had thirties like me (and even decades beyond) but she writes with a youthfulness that speaks easily to the young let demographic that she is gearing her books toward. I’d love for my daughter to read this next as well.

I absolutely loved Live on Purpose by Sadie Robertson Huff! Live on Purpose has 100 devotions and Mrs. Huff holds nothing back in each devotion. Each devotion is full of truth and hope. I liked the personal stories that are included in the devotions and that the author did not hold back from the Truth. Along with each devotion, (in conjunction with the devotion story) is a supplemental Bible verse and prayer. I highly recommend this book and will be telling others about this book! Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for the opportunity to read this book. (My review is also on Goodreads.)

A wonderful devotional for young women & teenagers. I found each devotional to be very encouraging and relevant, as well as based on Scripture which is most important to me when picking a devotional.

*please note: This review is written after reading about 7 of the devotionals. I unfortunately didn't finish the book before it was archived on netgalley.

This was my first true introduction to Sadie Robertson Huff and I really enjoyed it! I took plenty of notes as I made my way through this devotional that I'll turn to time and time again. Each part is short -- it's great to add to your bible time or to give you something to reflect on in the morning.

The tone is very conversational and easy to read, so I can see why it would be really great for teens and young adults. It doesn't get too deep, which made me feel like something was lacking. Regardless, I really appreciated how approachable she made each topic and how sincere everything came off.

Thank you so much to Thomas Nelson Speciality Division and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this!

Thank you to Netgalley and the publishers for providing me with a digital arc of this book.

Live on purpose is a book including devotions on life and happiness.

This book was not at all what I expected. I requested this story on a whim after reading the premise and researching the author. Sadly this book wasn't for me. Which in no way means that this book wasn't good or well-written, I just couldn't get into it. The
chapters were super short, which I normally prefer, but these were too short to really delve into them. Myself being religious, I somehow still couldn't get behind on the author's opinions. The book wasn't as open to people who aren't Christians as I would have preferred, so it kept triggering me, which then resulted in me feeling put off by the book. Nevertheless, I think there will be a lot of people, who will cherish this book for what it is.

This devotional collection is short and to the point. I enjoyed the content and thought they were theologically sound. These are targeted to younger girls and younger believers I would say, mainly with the type of language and references used.
Overall I really like Sadie and think she is a very genuine person, and it shows in her writing style.

Thank you Netgalley for this advanced copy.

Sadie Robertson Huff has done it again! Anyone already familiar with her work need to read Live on Purpose, it is, in my opinion, her best. If you are unfamiliar with the author this is the best place to start!

Live on purpose is a 100-day devotional that begins with verse followed by the devotional. Each of the devotionals span a few pages in length and are written simply, and elegantly, making this book impossible not to love and a must have for any shelf.

Highly recommended! Live on Purpose is a perfect collection that could not be more relevant than it is today.

Thank you so much to netgalley and publisher for providing an e-copy in exchange for my honest opinion. I am proud to spread the word about Live on Purpose and I hope you do the same!

This is book is really good. I would highly recommend. I am not the biggest fan of self help books, but this is so different than other ones that I read. I like that the sections are small only a few pages each. As someone who is Gen Z i feel like a lot of books about how to live don't really appeal to younger people, but this one does. It also makes a topic such as faith more relatable for younger people. I would recommend this to teenagers and younger adults in the faith.

Through her book Live on Purpose, Sadie inspires us to confidently walk into our purpose, facing our fears head on. An easy to read daily devotional with a themed scripture for each day offering massive encouragement. While the devotionals are short, they are quite convicting and filled with truth bombs, that will have you re-visiting a prior statement because it was that impactful. I like that Sadie is raw and open with you about her own struggles and how she overcame them. It was inspiring to see that Sadie too has insecurities just like me and you and the victories she has had over those insecurities by just been willing to let God use her mightily. A book I wish I had in my younger years when I was struggling with walking into my purpose. This Christian devotional book on living life with purpose is perfect for teens! Sadie writes in a way that is fun and relatable that younger readers will certainly understand and identify with.

Simple and succinct
That's how I'll describe this devotional.
I liked how saddie pointed out God's Word and truth...the simple way she showed God's light without overwhelming theology but with a sureness in the Truth
It's a perfect everyday devotional, every chapter is short and contains the perfect bit of content to go with everyday
Every chapter contains a focus point a verse to meditate on and a small prayer to follow up with
It's also perfect for new belivers and ppl who are just getting to know God, even a person growing up in church and praying I find this book useful..sometimes we forget the simple truths and I believe it's simply God's Word that with lead us all.

The author shares her personal journey of faith like a friend. From her fears and discouragements to those times when she stepped out in faith and watched God move in her life, Robertson Huff is welcoming and authentic.

This collection of 100 two-page devotionals is a wonderful complement to daily Bible reading or other devotionals for your teenage daughters (or even you). It would also make a wonderful study for a youth group as it is relevant to today’s young people and is sure to generate discussion.

This is a fun little devotional with the best messages on acceptance and looking to God instead of the world for answers. I am definitely going to be using this whenever I need a little pick-me-up. I also think it would serve young teens well.

Title: Live On Purpose: 100 Devotions for Letting Go of Fear and Following God
Author: Sadie Robertson Huff & Beth Clark
Genre: christian
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

Thoughts💭: I adored this devotional written by Sadie Robertson Huff. It is a 100 day devotional that was very easy to read while also giving amazing insight on the purpose for your life; to draw closer to God and to grow and spread love in all areas and relationships of your life. This book is great for all ages but especially for teenagers and young adults. Each day has multiple references to of scripture to guide your thoughts on each daily focus.

The content in this book gives real life experiences and how Sadie has navigated difficult times in her life. As someone who is open about her struggles and has always been transparent about navigating difficult times and how she has used her faith to get through them, I truly believe there is something for everyone in this book.

Favorite quote: “He made you for a purpose and with a purpose. That purpose has nothing to do with money, clothes, skin color, family background, or how many likes you get on Instagram or TikTok. God’s purpose for each of us is to love others and point them back to them back to Him and His love.”

I truly recommend this book. It’s a great way to start your day.
