The author begins with a short introduction where he emphasizes the fact that he is not a scholar or a writer and that this book is based upon his personal epiphany that guided his reading of the Bible with Strong’s Concordance in hand. Unfortunately, this comes across in spades for the rest of the book, which is a hot mess of unconventional biblical interpretation (I still can’t figure out his rules for what he interprets literally and what he interprets symbolically), unorganized repetition (driving home his idea that Cain is the product of a coupling between Satan and Eve to forward Satan’s plan of ruling heaven by the rules of primogenitor … making it pretty clear his has no idea how that actually works), along side some more traditional orthodox theology that he presents as if the ideas were something new. While I have encountered a few more extreme concepts (aka aliens), this is still a pretty strange read; however, there isn’t anything here that is so heretical that it would undermine the reigning orthodoxy … so if you can figure out exactly what he is talking about and want to buy into some of it … knock yourself out.
I was given this free advance reader copy (ARC) ebook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
