Interesting exploration of the power of the mind to heal the body, and the importance of spiritual and emotional health on the immune system.
Due to a sudden, unexpected passing in the family a few years ago and another more recently and my subsequent (mental) health issues stemming from that, I was unable to download this book in time to review it before it was archived as I did not visit this site for several years after the bereavements. This means I can't leave an accurate reflection of my feelings towards the book as I am unable to read it now and so I am leaving a message of explanation instead.
I am now back to reading and reviewing full time as once considerable time had passed I have found that books have been helping me significantly in terms of my mindset and mental health - this was after having no interest in anything for quite a number of years after the passings.
Anything requested and approved will be read and a decent quality review written and posted to Amazon (where I am a Hall of Famer & Top Reviewer), Goodreads (where I have several thousand friends and the same amount who follow my reviews) and Waterstones (or Barnes & Noble if the publisher is American based). Interesting book to read. Full of really useful information and ideas to try. It was very well written
Immunity Strong by Robert G. Lahita was an informative read concerning how our bodies immunity works and what we can do to help our bodies function at its best. As we all are looking for ways to live a healthier longer life, I would recommend this book as a helpful resource.

I've really been interested in my health lately, including exercising more and eating better, so I was happy to receive this advance copy. This book goes into the gamut of different things, too (including COVID!) such as physical, mental, and spiritual. Basically, the body works as its own ecosystem. Take care of yourself. Enjoyable if you are into a healthy lifestyle or like medical-type books.
Very interesting read. Our family are affected by a number of the health issues discussed in this book and helped a great deal in understanding the conditions and possible management solutions. I especially liked the holistic approaches which is very helpful.
Outstanding book! Dr. Robert G. Lahita has given his readers a wonderful resource in his book Immunity Strong, In his book he explains how the immune system works and what we can all do to make ours stronger. I will refer to this book often as I continue along my health journey.

This is an interesting book that gives the reader insight into the immune system, and I particularly liked the addition of chronic illnesses. I like how the author looks at multiple angles, including physical, mental, and spiritual. As one would likely expect, Covid-19 is mentioned, as well.

I read this book in one sitting and found it fascinating. I’ve been interested in how viruses affect the body since coming down with a virus myself along with a salmonella infection at the same time. Within days I was struggling with numerous medical complaints and a positive ANA blood test. These issues are ongoing and been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue ever since. I’ve been searching for reasons why this happened and how I can correct it. This book focuses a lot on the emotional state as well as the physical state and how the body working in harmony affects every aspect of our physical/mental/spiritual state. Lots of very useful information and covers current information on covid 19. I think the more scientists find out about treating long covid I may get answers to how I can be treated. In the meantime reduced stress, good sleep and a healthy diet is recommended. If your interested in all things medical this book will be right up your street. Author is so knowledgable and I wish he was my doctor!
