Leslie North books are predictable but exactly what you need. I love knowing that I am going to be curling up with a quick, romantic read. I always enjoy how the characters find each other in times of struggle and somehow always manage to make each other stronger and happier.
This was a genuinely fun story to read, as you know, I couldn't put it down! It was quick, fun and taught a nice lesson too while also raising awareness about Alzheimer's.
Overall another great book by this amazing author!
When I think of romance, I think of books just like this one, that gives all the feels and satisfies every romance junkies' heart. This is a perfect books to snuggle up with on any day. This one took by surprise!
Alas, the last Undercover Prince has blown his cover, almost directly at the start.
Whereas prince Nic and prince Erik went undercover to pursue another career, prince Ben goes under- cover to pursue a scandal. But reporter Jane takes one look at her new intern and directly recognizes him. While caught in the act and threatened to be revealed, Ben confesses to Jane that he has found letters in his father’s desk, which leads him to believe he has an older half- sister. And if she exists, she is the rightful heir to the throne and not he. Surprisingly, Jane agrees to keep his cover and help him with his research. In exchange of an exclusive interview when all is said and done.
Their chase leads them through England and eventually back to Ben’s Kingdom. But in order to snoop around, Ben has to introduce Jane as his girlfriend. While posing as his girlfriend, Jane learns a lot about Ben’s Kingdom and Ben’s family. And slowly, it doesn’t feel like pretend anymore. But there is still a scandal to pursue. And maybe there are more secrets kept from Ben. Three out of five stars and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.
The Billionaire Prince’s Fake Girlfriend concludes the Undercover Princes series with a sizzling, emotional journey to a happy ending that will stretch the patience and the belief in each other for Ben and Jane… but their future depends on trust, even in the most difficult circumstances.
I enjoyed The Billionaire Prince’s Fake Girlfriend very much. Most of what you’d want to know before picking up this title can be found in the Cover Description. Yet, there are personality traits, unknown facts, and definitely secrets that Ben and Jane often see differently. Each despises lies and betrayals as each has experienced that first hand, but with that thought in mind there is also the right to know vs the right thing to do in any given situation – that is where Jane and Ben sometimes see things differently. So while Ben may firmly (some may say obstinately) believe that his half-sister deserves to know that as the eldest she is in fact the one to take the throne he will one day sit on as the King’s heir. But what if that would not be her choice, what if she doesn’t want her life disrupted or changed by this information? Yeah. That right to know vs right thing to do dilemma.
Throughout their story, I believed that both Jane and Ben were equally “right” and “wrong” in their assumptions, and watching them work out those differences was an emotional journey I’m glad I didn’t miss. Can we say stubborn has met even more stubborn? That perfectly describes this couple. While Jane recognized Ben almost immediately and sorta-kinda came just this side of blackmail to get the exclusive story, her decisions as they uncovered more information changed my initial view of Jane. They are a strong, stubborn couple in a situation fueled by intense attraction, lots of sizzling moments, a hatred of being lied to or betrayed… and sometimes their passionate natures overcame their logic or common sense. In other words, they were perfectly human in their reactions when they didn’t have the completed information.
I liked the way this series wrapped up with an intensely passionate couple in both their reactions to each other and the absolute truth. If you love a sexy, involved romance that will keep you on the edge of your seat then The Billionaire Prince’s Fake Girlfriend and the entire Undercover Princes series should be on your need-to-read list.

This is another great book from Leslie North. The two main characters are Jane and Ben. Jane is a reporter and Ben is a prince. Ben has found out he has a half sister. He goes to the newspaper that Jane works at. He is in disguise but Jane figured out who he is. They both work together to try to find out who knows about his half sister and where she is. Eventually Jane andBen figure out they love each other.
Ben is the Prince of Renia. Jane is a journalist. Ben is looking for information about an affair his father had. Jane is willing to help. They are investigating. One thing leads to another. Can they have a real relationship. I enjoyed the book. I’m sorry to see the series end.
I gave the story 3 out of 5 stars. The story was a little boring for me and I didn’t feel connected to the characters. If you like your contemporary romance smooth and one dimensional, you will enjoy this.
As usual another brilliant romance from Leslie North. Fast becoming one of my favourite authors and never fails to deliver. Loved the premise and the characters in this book.

I did it again when I requested The Billionaire Prince's Fake Girlfriend I didn't know it was the third book. I still enjoyed reading it was a fun fast pace read 3 1/2 stars
Happy Reading Lisa 📚
Hum. I do have mixed feelings. I love Jane and her antics throughout. I think she was true to herself, and a gem. But Ben sometimes seemed real and sometimes so fake. Like when he was so black and white and moody. It didn't suit him. It is something like a child would act. Those part were not relatable and put me off him a bit. While I'm glad things worked out, I think there could be more room for him to grow. Overall though I thought the story had enough to suck me in and keep me glued to find out the details.
The Billionaire Prince's Fake Girlfriend (Undercover Princes #3) by Leslie North

Genre: General Fiction (Adult) | Romance
Publication Date: July 29, 2021
The Billionaire Prince's Fake Girlfriend is the third book in the Undercover Princes series by Leslie North. This is easily read as a standalone romance and as a bonus, the couples from the previous two books make an appearance or two!
I really enjoyed this book! It is a fast read and I couldn't put it down! The story is engaging, the romance is steamy and I absolutely loved the characters!
I highly recommend this book to all romance lovers! This is a great read and I would enjoy reading it again!

4.25/5 stars!
When the hero learns that he has an older sibling hidden from his knowledge, he sets out to set right the perceived wrongs his royal parent did to his half-sibling by going undercover at a British newspaper. He encounters the heroine and the two set out to find the whereabouts of this royal offspring. Along the way, the two set up a fake relationship that hid their growing feelings for each other.
I find this Leslie North book an enjoyable story to the end of this Undercover Princes trilogy. I liked the main couple individually and together. I liked the premise of the secret sibling but found how the situation affected the couple not to my liking. I also liked the cameos of the other princes and their wives in this book. Overall, the middle one of the three books in my favorable ranking. I always enjoyed Leslie North books and I look forward to reading more in the future.

This was a fun quick romantic read! I appreciated the fast pace of the book. It moved quick but character development wasn’t rushed. The romance was predictable but I still enjoyed it. The plot still had some fun twists which was refreshing.
Overall enjoyed Jane and Ben’s story!
This author's work can often be hit or miss for me. I think that this one was definitely a hit. A very quick read, it only took a couple of hours to get through.
It was predictable, I guessed what was gonna happen with the sister fairly early on, but over all it was a sweet love story with very little conflict.
*Thank you to the publisher for this eARC.
I literally finished this in a day, it was that entertaining!
This is the third book in a series so I missed the first and second one but it can also be read as a standalone. I love those stories where the prince falls for a "commoner" and this was just that! SO it fulfilled all my princely dreams for sure, especially since princey had the biggest heart! Loved the character of Ben and his beautiful soul, yes please!
This was a genuinely fun story to read, as you know, I couldn't put it down! It was quick, fun and taught a nice lesson too while also raising awareness about Alzheimer's.
This book comes out today, yay!!
Thank you to NetGalley and Relay Publishing for the earc in return for an honest review.
I really enjoyed this one. An entertaining, well written story of two people who come together to investigate a mystery and fall in love. It’s a great beach read, great characters and a lovely premise. I have to say that the number of small kingdoms in the Mediterranean are a continual surprise! I liked the hero and heroine here - well rounded and each having credible traumas which affected them

2.5/5 ⭐
Plot:
A crown Prince Ben decides to disguise himself as an intern to a journalist to find something from the past. The assigned journalist Jane sees right threw him and extracts the real intention behind his disguise immediately. Together they work towards finding the truth and end up falling in love. But the truth could do more damage than good.
Thoughts:
Whatever is seen in this book is not something that's new. Time and again we've seen this kind of plot and characters' reactions to certain twists. Not having any unique element was a bummer but nevertheless this was a fun read.
