This book has a beautiful cover. I learned a lot about hynni. Learning about the wheel of the year and your spiritual connection. It helps you become more aware.

get visual representations of some of the things written about. Good for healing work on self and things to consider. A book for those who have a ground started and wanting to do more and have some sort of next level information.

I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. It breaks up the year in to 8 cycles. It is a way of working in ourselves both inside and out. On several levels of spirituality. The book includes meditations, rituals, and energy work to get us through the stages of the years as well as life. There are pictures and diagrams that prove helpful when parted with the surrounding information. I took so of what I have learned from this book and included it in my own journaling journey.
