Simple suggestions and ideas for how you can perform better in your professional and personal life. Very quick read that was enjoyable but not life changing.
"The Peak Performance Formula" is a very short by-the-books cliched self-help book that purports teaches the reader to reach his peak potential. Lesser claims that the achievement of one's potential contains three insanely obvious parts - finding a purpose, values, and having a vision. He calls them pillars and says numerous times thorough the book how important they are. And yet, very little of his actual writing is dedicated to either of them. Yes, each of the pillars is given a separate chapter, but these chapters are very brief and are filled with much more anecdotes and brief biographies of successful people than to actual advice for the readers.
