A unique story line revolving around the recovery from addiction. Most stories show an addicts children being kept safe as long as they are placed with relatives during the parent's recovery from addiction. As she works her way through recovery, her daughter is her reason to get well. When released, she will move to her aunt and uncle's home. They have been her daughter's guardians during this process and she appreciates their efforts. BUT......and what a twist. This is where the train takes a different track and she will find herself battling demons beyond her belief to save them.

A fast paced, creepy domestic thriller. I did not engage with the narrative or characters though the author has created a great setting.

Noah had rough life but she’s trying to put things right for herself and her daughter. Thanks to her aunt and uncle, she didn’t have to worry about her daughter while she was recovering.

Once she’s released, things don’t go as planned.

Seriously enjoyed this book. Great storyline. Gave a realistic view of addiction. I would easily recommend this to a friend. I highly recommend this to anyone.

This is a well-structured and interesting read which reveals the true price of drug addiction. The plot will have you questioning the motives of several characters and jumping at noises. Overall it was a thought provoking read that held my attention through to the very end.

It's a fast, creepy & entertaining read!
I adored Norah's character & was rooting for her.
Including a powerful story about addiction & redemption.

This book was insane. I thought I knew what was going to happen and I was definately wrong. The pace didnt let up and I couldnt put it down. Highly recommend.

I'd never read anything by this author before so when I was given the chance to read this book I didn't hesitate. And I'm so glad I gave it a chance. It was thrilling and full of mystery. I wasn't really sure what to expect when I started reading it but it kept me entertained from start to finish. Even had me running to Amazon to download a couple more of the authors books.

I just love this authors work and this book was just another hit! Well written, intense, thrilling, chilling, and unputdownable! Fast paced, keeping you glued to the pages from beginning until you read that final line! A bit emotional, like the rest of her books, but oh so darn good! I highly, highly recommend this phenomenal book!

I was fascinated by the cover and the blurb, the book has potential but I couldn't care about the characters and the story fell flat.

I enjoyed this novel, the main character Norah has just been released from rehab, she is a recovering from drug addiction. her young daughter has been staying with Norah's aunt and uncle. Norah arrived at their farm, quite remote, excited to see her daughter and take her back to their home in the city. Those expectations quickly changed as she became re-acquainted with this family she hasn't seen in years. There is some weird stuff that is happening and she is determined to figure it out while trying to stay on her aunt and uncle's good side, she has a court appearance soon, she needs to ensure she can take her daughter home, she does not trust these people.
This novel moves along at a good pace, characters are well developed. I did really enjoy this novel and would read more by this author. it is a good psychological thriller and has a good twist at the end.

Another amazing book by Carissa Ann Lynch!!! A mother trying to save herself so she can save her child!!! Loved this new book and I look forward to the next one!!! Read and enjoy!!!

This thriller is spooky and mysterious, with a cast of characters who never quite reveal their true motives and a creepy farmhouse that becomes a character of its own.

The Secrets of Cedar Farm by Carissa Ann Lynch was a superb book I was hooked from the beginning till the end. This is a book that will have you guessing with a OMG ending - which was perfect.

I highly recommend all of Carissa Ann Lynch books. They have always been a great read.
