A cute summer middle grade read for our upper elementary students. I think it's too young for my middle school.

When his best friend Shelley unexpectedly leaves town for the summer, nine-year-old Willis Wilbur needs to come up with a plan for summer to avoid boredom—and dreaded day camp! He sees an advertisement for a scholarship for entrepreneurs and immediately sets his sights on starting a business to earn the money. Ultimately Willis settles on becoming a life coach for kids. He dives in head-first, working on building his client roster so that he’ll be the scholarship winner. He soon finds that this can be challenging as he navigates some neighborhood bullies, his pushy sister, and a furry client! Willis is a well-developed character with a strong, well-defined voice. He will keep readers laughing as he works to build his business and find success.
