A useful book with practical examples and strategies especially regarding leadership, but the strategies for enhancing performance would be motivational for all people wanting to make an impact, regardless of whether they're in a formal leadership role or not. Really interesting read. I will use some of the items mentioned in this book and will have to overlook others.
