First book I’ve read from this author. Vampires, demons, goblins, merfolk, dryads, imps... Nicely intertwined stories for Inga, Levet, Troy, Cleo, Xuria, Kyi and Locke. It has a good pace, is entertaining, an interesting plot, doesn’t end in a cliffhanger.

This series has been and continues to be a fun good series. I can't get enough. Great story and plot. Characters both old and new are engaging and fun. I highly recommend! Thanks #netgalley and #Keningston for the eARC in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are mine.

I really like Alexandra Ivy's Guardians of Eternity series. Locke and Kyi were a great team with lots of chemistry. The author's creativity is endless and her stories are always exciting until the very end. My only wish is for Levet and Inga to have their HEA. I'm more than ready!

Locke has been part of the vampire guard but retreated to solitude a century ago. He found his mate, Xuria, but she was murdered before they could become officially mated. Now he is on a mission to find the murderer and exact revenge. Kyi is the nymph who is responsible for going after Xuria. But Xuria is actually Kyi’s evil mother. And she needed to be gotten rid of for good. Kyi must convince Locke of this truth and persuade him to help her on her quest.
Great world building as Alexandra Ive always does. It is a refreshing thriller, appealing and well drawn. I would recommend this book to my patrons

Excellent read Kyi and Locke are so good together. Truely enjoyed the storyline it kept you glued to the pages, I love hows she ties some of the older characters to the new ones but still stays true to the storyline for the series it is fun with action and romance in the perfect blend I would definitely recommend the read.

Locke, a vampire, has been waiting years to get revenge from the woman who supposedly killed his mate. After waiting, he had a pendant that would let him know when the killer was close. Locke is the reason Kyi wasn’t able to kill her mother, he saved her. Kyi’s mother has been trying to kill her since she was born. Only one thing will drag Kyi away from her wooded land…her mother. Kyi’s mother is the very worse kind of evil. Locke shows up wanting to kill her for his mates death. Together they work to find and put an end to her mother.

Mrs. Ivy tells an interesting tale but she has too many “main” characters. I think there is like three mini stories together. There seems to be a little cliffhanger. Opposites do attract.
