For a short read this was a fantastic listen. In fact, I think I found a new way to enjoy shorter stories. For some reason, narration added an extra layer to the story and it felt deeper than if I read it. Kendell and Zeke were both well-rounded characters that I was rooting for the whole way through. The mystery was well-planned and thought out. I thought the story could have been longer and deeper (there was just something missing I couldn't put my finger on) but overall I enjoyed it. Great read for an afternoon on the porch!
