I received a free copy from NetGalley. When a mom's talents match the needs of her child, wonderful things can happen. A true story of what it was like raising a kid like Shelton on Big Bang Theory. I don't read a whole lot of non-fiction but this one, as a parent, was worth the time.

Athough a great story about a family overcoming the challenges of autism, I felt that many families who could use this book, would leave feeling saddened that they didn't have the resources available to this mom. This Mom is incredible, though.

I'm always fascinated with memoirs that apply to teaching and autism especially. This was a touching story and I didn't want to put it down.
