Ack. Laurie is such an inspiration. Her work is amazing and her career is what any journalist or tech lover would die to attain. It was a really quick and easy read — I soared through it — because it felt like someone just telling me a story of everything that had ever happened in her life in chronological order. But there's no flair. No spice. Just a woman talking about how she worked really hard and sometimes got lucky and made a career for herself. It's a really nice sentiment! A beautiful story and I think Laurie is amazing. I just wish this had more pizzaz. It fell flat for me.
