- first book read from this author and did not dissapoint . it gotten be hooked from the first chapter .
i think the ending was lacking and need more answer but probably best if there is a season 2 for this and it will be answered . well recommended thriller!

It took me soooo long to get to this, but if you are looking for a forbidden, steamy romance, look no further. Read the TWs before you start.

I'm personally not a huge reader of mafia romances, so it did take me a good chunk of this to get into the story, but it does pick up around the 30% mark,

Wow this book was SO freaking good. I will definitely be looking for more books by this author in the future. It was funny and intense and spicy. I loved the characters and the plot so much.

I was happy everyone found love. i enjoyed the action of it all. I just really liked it and will look into this author for more great stories

New book for me by this author and I will definitely be checking out more of her work as I an a fan of this genre.

I love a good mafia romance and that’s what drew me to this book. I’m new to reading age gaps but I loved this one and the multiple age gap relationships that were forged.

The spicy scenes were 🌶🌶🌶🌶!! The amount of spice throughout this book is just right! I enjoyed the side stories/relationships. I think it would be awesome for them to have there own book. It did make this one sort of long to dive into each relationship.

Apart from the romantic relationships, the friendships were very heartwarming. Family isn’t always blood relations. The way the friends surrounded Brianna and her daughter during the hardest times melted my heart.

The last quarter of this book had me refusing to pull my eyes from the pages. The mystery, suspense, and spice was woven together in an unputdownable end to this book!

This is my first book by Eva Winners and I can't believe I haven't read any book by her until now. The friendships in this book is fantastic. The relationships within this book is good. This book is set in Boston, Massachusetts and mentions Italy. This is a really enjoyable romance book. I can't wait to read more books by this author in the near future. I highly highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone. This ebook is in stores for $3.99 (USD).

I received this ARC in exchange for an honest review. I'm so thankful to the author and publisher for the opportunity, but this book was not my favorite read of the month. I felt like the potential for the book was there, but the execution was not. I just didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I was and it was all too much and not enough at the same time.

I just felt like the story was dragged out for SOOOOOO LONG! I felt like this book could've been a novella and I would've enjoyed it much more. The story just had so many elements, but they were executed well enough to follow or enjoy and I didn't really like the characters all that much. I mean they all had their moments, but it wasn't enough for me to really give this review more of a higher rating.

I wanted so much for the main character because I did really like her and her story, but everyone around her made her story kind of blah. The mystery was there and the interest, but the drawn out plot made the mystery lack luster.

Alsooooo... these mobsters were not dark or scary like I wanted so that kind of ruined the illusion of this trope as well.

Overall, the idea was great, but the execution was not.

Vows of a Mobster is a fun and steamy romance that I really enjoyed! With rotating POVs from various main characters in the book, the story follows Brianna, a young mother, as she finds herself falling for Mateo, head of the Italian mafia. There's danger, passion, and eventually love and happiness as Brianna and Mateo traverse through everything that gets thrown in their paths.

Overall, I enjoyed Vows of Mobster! In my opinion, it had its ups and downs and was a little too long, but I really liked seeing Brianna and Mateo grow closer. Emma was such an amazing character, and every scene with her made my heart so happy. The friendships were solid, but I did think that some of the side relationships moved too quickly and were unrealistic. I'm a sucker for a steamy romance, and this book certainly delivered on that aspect. I'm curious to read more from Eva Winners; I will have to check out other books from this author!

Omg this book sucked me in with the first page.... A definite must read book for sure... It has a Little bit of everything from drama to comedy, and everything in between....

I was so excited to read this book when I read the book summary. This was my first read by this author and I must say it did NOT disappoint! Throughout this book, I just wanted to savor every word. everything that the author wrote made me visualize everything that was taking place like it was right in front of me the entire time. Mafia and age gap reads are some of my favorites and this one just kept me wanting more.

Personally, I want more about this family and their worlds. Their entire story just sucked me in and made me want to never finish. Slowly learning about Brianna and Emma's life before Mateo was a great way to help build their relationship throughout the book. At the start of the book you have Marissa, Daphene, Brianna, and little Emma and throughout you learn their story and where it leads them to in their life. I love the steamy scenes that were incorporated into the chapters.

A wonderfully written love story about two strong people finding each other. While dealing with their own lifes and more drama from the outside trying to keep them apart

I was so excited to read this book! It took me longer than expected mostly because for some reason I've been on a mafia kick. Since this was my first time reading from this author, I wanted to make sure my opinion was not in any way biased because when you are reading the same genre book after book sometimes comparisons are made and that's not what I wanted to do with this book. This one I wanted to savor and boy, did I savor this book. It was like literally liquid fire and I was there for every. single. line.

Honestly, I would read more about this world, this couple, and I will be reading more from this author. I was a tad bit nervous about the age gap. I love me some age gap romance but I've been finding some books that I did not like the age gap (there was something that as a reader I did not enjoy) but I didn't find this book to trigger me in a bad way. This triggered me in all the good ways. I'll be re-reading this book soon and I hope to read more from this author!

This book started off super strong with three best friends whose bond was solidified by a secret from their past. I loved all three of them, their honest relationship, their love for smut. This book is PACKED with anger and violence and mystery-something that is expected of a mob romance book. As the book progresses though, the author starts to branch out and you to start to read from more and more perspectives. I'll be honest, it wasn't my favorite writing style but it didn't really pull away from the plot so I dealt with. The one thing that I will say about the plot though...it gets repetitive. Literally the same "major twist" happens three times in the book, which started to get old. At the last time, I literally thought to myself "again?". Overall-good, classic mobster romance.

This was a good read and my first time reading a book like this. I enjoyed reading this book and it was a quick read. The author kept me guessing what was going to happen. Good plot and character building. I really enjoyed reading this book.

I didn’t know what to expect when I started reading this one. I had some good things about floating around and it sounded like my type of book. However, I was very disappointed. Vows of a Mobster by Eva Winners follows single mum, Brianna as she tries to do everything she can for a daughter, so when her best friend gets her a job at a family business she feels like she is going somewhere. But then she meets Mateo, and let’s just say things get very intense from there. Not only is he an alpha male, but he is the head of his family and his Italian Mafia.

Vows of a Mobster started strong, I was really into it. Brianna and Mateo were hot. I was feeling pretty okay with how fast the romance was moving, and then we get to about 50% off the book and it just derailed. So many things were added to this book and the plot that I couldn’t get keep up. I seriously didn’t know what was going on at times. Not only that there was also a lot of plot holes that appeared and were never really filled.

I wanted to like this book so much, but it just wasn’t for me. There are a few things that I did enjoy though. I loved Brianna’s relationship not only with her daughter but with her best friends. Marissa and Daphne were just fantastic and they would all do anything – and I mean anything for each other.

Overall, Vows of a Mobster by Eva Winners just wasn’t for me. There were major plot holes, it felt like there were thousands of things going on at once and the romance was just okay. I had heard such great things about this one, that it did let me down. In saying that, this book might be just what you are looking for. It has high stakes, a hot couple and will keep you on your toes.

Absolutely Brilliant.
This is my first time reading this author and I was impressed.
This ticks all the boxes for a Mafia Romance and the age gap just makes the story even better. The men are all alpha, protective and obsessed with their ladies and the plot is complex and original.
I loved all the characters and I hope the others will be featuring in stories of their own.

WOW. Honestly I devoured this book in a day. This was one of those books that I was so thankful I was approved for. I am talking as soon as I read the synopsis I requested it and kept checking to see if I had been approved, and then as soon as it dropped onto my shelf I obsessively read. This book was so good. I have read a few books that have mafia themes, but this book by far is above the rest in my opinion. I am also a sucker for age gap romances and I think this one was done really well. I think that there were parts that were a little taboo, but they were done in a way that made sense to the story and didn't feel excessive. This book in my opinion had a great balance of storyline, character development, and spice. I was hooked from the first page but around 35% I quite literally could not put the book down. These characters live rent free in my head and I honestly wish it had been just a little longer, because I loved the love in the stories, but I also loved the friendships even more. I also appreciated the fact that while their were popular tropes incorporated, it didn't feel as though the author was following a commonly used formula that's overdone. I just truly cannot express how much I enjoyed this book. I truly thought it was amazing. For sure one of my favorite books of the year. I am really grateful I was approved for this book, and it definitely will not be my last from this author. I cannot recommend enough.
