3 stars - I liked it

Sam Kyllwood is the keeper for the ritual against the Kurijan leader Ulric. Unfortunately lately he has been having problems with controlling fire and things keep exploding. Nothing seems to be helping until he meets Honor McDovall, a therapist and interrogator for Homeland Security.

Sam is the middle Kyllwood brother and has been the one everyone goes to for advice. He appears to be calm and controlled to everyone but that isn’t the case as we find out in this book. Sam was arrogant, charming, and protective of his family and Honor. While I liked him overall, there were times where his arrogance got a little annoying.

Honor was a wonderful heroine. She may panic at being kidnapped but she also fights back. I loved that she was constantly surprising Sam with her responses. She wasn’t afraid to stand up to him and was constantly pushing him. I also loved that she truly cared about people and wanted to help them. I adored seeing her help the bears with their issues, especially the burly ones who had bottled up their feelings. It was a wonderful little side thing that really made her a great character.

There was a lot of progress in the fight against the Kurjan’s bringing Ulric back. Honor and Sam really strike a major blow against them and it was fascinating. I really want to see more of Honor’s abilities now, especially in group settings like that. Garrett also plays a big role in this story. He is searching for his mate but the way he is going about it is terrible, in my opinion at least. I feel his mate, once he finds her, is potentially going to have a problem with it. Hope also has some key scenes in this book and it really just shows how young and naïve she still is.

Overall, this was a great addition to this series. I am very interested in seeing how Garrett’s story plays out after his actions in this book.

Well HOT DAMN! This was awesome, I am a reader from book one so I may be a little biased. I loved everything from the amazing new characters to a bunch of returning characters. The main core of the story is still the same main enemy but each book gives you a different perspective and I have absolutely loved essentially watch these characters grow up. There is just the perfect amount of steam and humor mixed in, there isn’t a blah page in the book.

I loved this book. It has been awhile since I have read a Rebecca Zanetti story and this one was great. Honor was human but Sam was not and he thought she might be his mate but he didnt want a mate as we was going to die sooner than later (he thought). There was a war between beings and Sam being a hybrid was right in the middle. There were lots of characters in this story. A biker bear clan, hybrid vampires, witches, fae, and all sorts of creatures and not all of them were good. Sam had a niece named Hope who had a big part of the story helping him go between worlds. Sam was living with the bears at the moment while his friend Garrett looked for his mate. Lots of actions, hot sex, betrayals and humor. That the bears wanted therapy was hilarious. I can't wait for Garret's book to come out. It's bound to be just as good

This is the next book in the Dark Protector Series and it features Sam and Honor's story. Sam is a demon-vampire immortal who is losing control of his powers. He meets Honor when he's arrested for being suspected of blowing up buildings and starting fires. The police have called in Honor, an interrogator who has a special ability to read people. It turns out that Honor is a powerful enhanced female who can help Sam control his gifts. They're both being hunted and time is running out for them to defeat General Jaydon. I'm looking forward to the next book in this exciting series!

Dark Protector series keeps on going this time it is Sam Kyllwood time to become the over the top strong Alpha to protect the one woman he needs in this life. Honor is the same type of female lead that follow in the footsteps on the other Dark protectors romance series. She is strong, feisty and fall in love with hot sexy time with Sam and his motorcycle. The story moves quickly with big bad guys trying to take another enhanced female to kill. Honor won't stop until everyone is safe and protected.

Immortal Honor is fast pace and will keep readers happy.

Thank you to Netgalley for a copy of Immortal Honor.

Immortal's Honor is a non-stop, action packed, sizzling hot PNR that threw my heart and libido into overdrive!

Sam's one unbelievably sexy alpha that made me burn in the BEST of ways while Honor is a force to be reckoned with and has some serious enhancements that I found both awe inspiring and totally amazing. These two make a powerful couple that I think all Dark Protector lovers will agree with. They have a chemistry that is OFF THE CHARTS and their power together sure caused some major sparks that turned into an incredible inferno. I LOVED that this book wasn't in the least bit dull. There is always something going on that keeps us readers on our toes. From the amazing action, to the heart stopping danger and the very steamy romance, this book was EXHILARATING! And after getting a sneak peek at Garrett's story, I am officially ECSTATIC and ready FOR MORE!

Immortal's Honor gets a PHENOMENAL FIVE EXPLOSIVE STARS!!

I do love this series and these characters, and learning about Sam was great. I did like that their relationship did not get resolved in the typical way with just the female having issues with the rituals. I also like that Honor stood up for herself and was able to help sp many. I wish we could have learned more about the women she helped. I dos enjoy hearing about Hope's story, but they need to stop keeping her in the dark. She is 18 and both boys in her life are terrible and lying to her. If everyone would fill in her on, she could be making better decisions.

Immortal’s Honor by Rebecca Zanetti is the 14th book in the Dark Protector Series. I loved this book so much I read it again. Sam Kyllwood is a demon-vampire immortal who is the Keeper. (He really hates that name.) He is suddenly blowing things up and setting things on fire. He has no control over these new and dangerous talents. After a series of explosions and fires, he is arrested by the police. He meets Honor McDovall, an interrogator who is a powerful, enhanced female. Then, it’s let the sparks fly.

They have one of the most interesting relationships in this series. Honor is intelligent, witty and has had some interesting experiences that help Sam out of some harrowing circumstances. Although, they have some problems to work through first.

Bear and Nessa support Sam and let him live in one of the cabins in the bear territory. After a serious confrontation with the Kurjans, Honor helps Nessa in a way that brought tears to my eyes.

There also some visits by the series other fantastic characters. The Hope/Pax/Drake storyline is advancing. I just can’t figure out where. Then there is a pop up of the Kings. That’s always interesting.

This author keeps writing new and exciting stories in this series. Immortal’s Honor is a fast paced, exploding, fun book with some romance. Could not put it down.

I have been a big fanof the protector series for a couple years now. And I am so glad that Sam is finally getting his book. Sam has been put through a lot in the series. From watching both of his brothers fight and fall in love and now it is his turn. While Sam has a very important role to play in the upcoming battle it was great to meet Honor who is a wonderful heroine. Really feel like Honor is a missing piece of Sam. She makes him better and complete and I really enjoyed watching them fall in love. Now I just have to wait for Garrett’s book.

I wasn’t sure about this book at first! But it was amazing!! I loved the story and how well the characters came to life while I read. Recommend this book!!!

Sam and Honor are now battling for my top spot of favorite couples in this series. I loved them! Honor's enhanced gift was pretty cool and made for some entertaining moments in the book with the bears. She was one of the most likable heroines in this series. She had such a good rapport with all immortal's she encountered, and I loved how she really stepped up towards the end.

Sam was hot. He was intense, very protective and seriously hot when he would go all deadly when Honor was threatened. These guys in this series don't fool around when it comes to their mates. That's hard on a human who is not used to that and I think Sam navigated their differences very well. He even had some really funny moments with the bears.

I'm so anxious to see how this is all going to play out in the overall series, but I also don't want it to end. I've just enjoyed each book so much, and the many characters you get to know never makes for a dull moment. I really loved this one!

I’ve been waiting and excited to learn more about Sam, the quietest and somewhat mysterious of the three Kyllwood brothers, and this tale did not disappoint at all!
Sam is everything I imagined he would be, and then some! He’s charismatic, alpha to the max, insanely protective and all-around awesome.
Honor is a spunky, intelligent girl, everything fans of the series knew Sam would need in a mate. This chemistry fairly sizzles off the page, leaving readers in need of a cold drink!
The advancement of the story in the arc of the Seven is intriguing, engaging, addicting and completely unputdownable!
Overall, this story is a thoroughly deserved 5 stars! It delivers everything fans of this series, and especially the Kyllwood brothers, hoped it would be. A perfect addition to the series!

Ms. Zanetti has done it again. This time it's Sam's turn to locate a mate. We see more of Bear and Nessa, Garrett, Hope, Libby, Pax and Drake. Ulric also shows up.

There's a lot of action, hot sex and therapy. A great and funny read. Next up is Garret's story.

Sam knew that he had no choice but to be in Keeper as his niece was still a small baby and he knew that the ritual would have killed. He knew what was expected but Sam is tired of all the bouncing around. And he realises that he needs to find the enchanted female that called to him when he first met her. He knows that he needs to help Honor find out more about herself and they both need to figure out how to control the fire. Sam doesn't want a mate but he knows that he needs to protect Honor he will just need to win her over. Honor had no idea that there were so many supernatural creatures out there and she has accepted that Sam is immortal but can she accept what he is offering? The enemy is closer than before and they want Honor but they didn't know that she was Sam's mate until too late. Will Sam & the team be able to find her in time?
A good read. I was lucky enough to receive a copy from Netgalley & the publisher in exchange for my honest review.

The latest entry in Zanetti's Dark Protector series was an entertaining read but I have to admit that I struggled to remember what had happened in the last book in the over-arching story and it did seem to play a pretty big part outside of Sam and Hope's tale

I’ve loved every book in this series as well as the previous series but this one is at the top of my list for rereading.

I loved Honor’s determination to not be “kidnapped”. She gave Sam quite a run, literally at times. Her ability to adjust to such wild, incredible circumstances was all a part of who she was. The talent she carried within was incredible and I’m excited how it will further play out far into the future when the end is near.

Sam was an awesome hero! His fall into love wasn’t instant, although his desire for Honor certainly was. I loved watching him deny his feelings and the mate issue until he couldn’t contain it any more. His problem at that point onwards was interesting and I couldn’t wait to see how it would resolve itself.

The relationship between Sam and Honor was constantly evolving. I loved their interactions from the beginning until the end. Amidst the danger and drama, they had some intense chemistry as well as bursts of humor, some of it thanks to those crazy bear shifter’s feelings and antidotes to help Sam with his problem. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much during this series.

Definitely my favorite and while I feel you do need to read the previous books, from someone who hates series, I highly recommend it!

Each book brings out more than the one before, you get a better understanding of the characters as you move through this very detailed series. Loved Garrett's description of Sam, "just like a knife." Totally smiled big when that dog came through the campsite and stole a drink ... staying in the tent and not coming out, strawberries, everyone offering solutions for Sam's problem, and the never ending line of new patients for Honor. The sex scenes were out of this world. I always lose myself in Ms. Zanetti's books, you can't not get down deep, the details and the emotions I feel when I read them are all over the place, she provides more than you can imagine in her words. It's always a pleasure to get lost in her books. I highly recommend.

I sit here in awe of Rebecca Zanetti's imagination. In college she would be the student in Critical Writing that we would all want to be. I don't know where she comes up with her storylines but I am so happy that she does.

I opened Immortal's Honor expecting certain things to happen. I knew Sam and Honor would mate just because they are the main characters. I knew that they would have challenges along the way. I knew that numerous characters from past stories in the series would make an appearance.

What I did not grasp or realize was all the things that were going to happen along the way to Sam and Honor finding their happily ever after. I am one very happy reader.

Grab on to your seat, you are in for a wild ride. Grab some snacks and a drink or two. You will not want to pause your reading of this thrilling, mind-blowing story.

Be prepared to experience everything. Immortal Honor is so much more than a paranormal romance. It is action packed. It is emotional. It is twisted. It is unique. It is an edge of your seat suspense filled thriller.

I really enjoyed this book. I've read all the books in the series and really appreciated receiving this ARC. The recipe of these books are a sure thing: alpha male meets his enhanced mate, shananigans ensue which result in said mate exerting his dominance in a typically hot and sexy manner. In between this is always danger with the Kurjan's or whoever. I must admit this storyline is getting old and stale and i'm glad this book coming up is the last? in this series. Still a fun read.
