Honor is the most rational and logical person you'll ever meet. But she has this canny knack of being a human lie detector and DHS love to use her talents - although think she can just profile the bad guys very well.

Just as she finds out her brand new fiance has been cheating on her, she gets drawn into the world of Demons, Vampires, Hybrids and Shifters. Yup, that's a big ol' brain dump and Honor reacts like most folk - she keeps trying to run!

But Sam is in dire need of keeping her where he can see her. She's an enhanced female and the Kurjan would love to get their hands on her!

I felt for Sam, he has a lot of responsibility on his wide shoulders. Part of the Seven, Keeper of some weird ritual place (I hate the Keeper title too!) and now shielding Honor from things that have red eyes and a hankering for enhanced females. Honor is a brilliant partner for Sam. She cuts through to the meaty problem with her talents and she is soon a real part of his world. She certainly makes an impression on Bear's Bears! She also packs a wallop - Sam certainly has a wound or two dealing with her escape attempts - she is a woman after my own heart LOL!

Lots of twists and turns and powerplays between the Kurjans, the Cyst, and Jaydon. Ulric is still causing interdimensional problems too. There is certainly plenty of humour and moments of happiness that shows their world is not all doom and danger.

On tenterhooks know waiting for Garrett's HEA!

Years have passed since the events in Rebel's Karma. In fact, Hope is now 18 years old. Garrett and Sam have been with the Grizzlies MC for years.

Sam Kyllwood, a vampire-demon hybrid, is the Keeper for the Seven. (You'll have to read the series to fully understand that. Sorry.) Sam is having trouble with body parts being sucked into other dimensions, and with inadvertently blowing things up and fires. He gets arrested for arson. Enter Honor, a consultant who's brought in to interrogate him. She has a knack for reading lies--because she's an Enhanced female.

Honor ends up in danger, and Sam has to protect her. She doesn't go with him willingly. Honor ends up being targeted by the Kurjans in spite of Sam's protection.

The book is suspenseful and fast-paced, and, of course, there's romance. A major plot in the series plays out. Garrett, Bear, Nessa, and Hope/Drake/Paxton have major roles in the story. Garrett's book is set up.

If you started the series with Fated--or started anywhere along the way--you won't want to miss this latest book. The countdown is ticking toward the final showdown.

This is a voluntary review of an advanced copy.

I love this series and am always looking for the next book coming out so I was excited to see that this one is about Sam Kyllwood. The story continues as Sam is going along with Garrett who is still looking for his mate and that is a whole other story!

There is so much drama, danger, intrigue, and romance as the Realm takes on their enemy to try to keep Ulric in his inter-dimensional prison. There are lots of skirmishes and one more major player is eliminated but the war is far from over.

I keep hoping and hoping that Hope will finally see Drake for what he really is and stop listening to him!!

It looks like the next book will be with Garrett and that should be equally fun and engaging so looking forward to when that one comes out!

I loved everything about this book. Sam and Honor are a great couple. Honor is a very powerful enhanced human and I hope she’s used in future books so we can see just what her powers are.
There’s a good bit of humor between the bear shifters and Honor’s ability’s and Sam’s exasperation’s with them.
We learn a lot about Sam being The Keeper and there’s a lot of action and suspense.
I’m also hoping that Rebecca Zanetti opens us up to more of the dragons. Please 🤞🤞

I loooooved this one! Yet another amazing story under the pen of Rebecca Zanetti. The characters, the story, family, humor, suspense, action, love it has it all. It is worth every second of reading and is so good that you wish it would never end. Absolutely nailed it with Sam and Honor's story.
I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for NetGalley

Wow just wow. Rebecca Zanetti never disappoints in her writing. This series is so great to read and never gets old. Sam's has been one of my favorite characters and I could not wait to read his story. It rocked!! Sam has become the keeper in order to save his niece Hope from having another heavy burden placed on her at such a young age. After going thru the ritual Sam has struggle with getting partially pulled into different dimensions and accidentally setting fires and blowing up buildings. It at the scene of one of these fires he is arrested and meets Honor who is a profiler for Homeland Security. Honor is a very enhanced humans that can get enter peoples minds. Sam ends up kidnapping Honor. I loved that Honor was such a strong female character and gave Sam a run for his money. It was wonderful visiting some of my favorite characters like Bear and Nessa. Love how the bears added to storyline and made me laugh. We see a lot of Hope, Pax and Drake and I can wait for their story. Garrett's story is next and she sounds like she is a handful. If you love suspense, laughter, romance and wonderful characters this book is for you.

I received this book as a ARC from Netgalley for my honest review.

Rebecca Zanetti has done it again. Her writing is addictive; I always get lost in her books. This book is just as good as the previous books in this series. She writes an addicting fast-paced novel where Honor and Sam’s connection is strong but must go through the push and pull of their relationship and eventually let the sparks turn into sizzling hot passion.

The Dark Protectors Series by Rebecca Zanetti has had another great read with Immortal’s Honor. In this story we learn that Sam Kyllwood finds that he is the Keeper. What is that exactly? Read to find out! Don’t want to spoil the story! Unfortunately for Sam he starts blowing things up (by accident) and seems to have no control over this, as well as being pulled into other dimensions. Then along comes Honor, an interrogator with Homeland Security (hmm, why is she interrogation him?). Is the attraction there? Oh, yea. Then Sam’s ability seems to transfer to Honor. Oh my! Will they figure it out? Will they stay in this dimension? Big question: Will they survive? Only way to find out is to read this excellent addition to this series. #ImmortalsHonor #NetGalley

Rebecca Zanetti continues her Dark Protectors series with IMMORTAL’S HONOR, a plot that centers on vampire-demon Sam Kyllwood, who not only needs to control his new immortal ability but also tries to handle the gorgeous, smart and powerful Honor McDovall.

In the midst of impending war against the Kurjan nation, Sam has started to accidentally cause fires and explosions while also being pulled into other dimensions. Homeland Security took notice of the former and managed to apprehend Sam, bringing him to Honor, whose abilities to detect lies make her the perfect candidate to question him.

While Honor probes Sam about the explosions, he’s so entranced by her that he accidentally transfers part of his fire making abilities to Honor, forcing him to take her back with him. Can Sam convince Honor that he’s one of the good guys while finding a way to control these powers before it’s too late for both of them?

Rebecca Zanetti writes an addicting fast paced novel where Honor and Sam’s connection is strong, but must go through the push and pull of their relationship and eventually let the sparks turn into sizzling hot passion.

I love the familial bonds between Sam, Garret and Bear, as well as the rest of the Realm’s leaders. And her explosive action scenes come to life with vivid imagery. We also get more of the overall arc in regards to Hope Kayrs-Kyllwood, Drake and Pax as well as a surprise visit from Flynn, Bear’s dragon shifter brother who I hope we get more of.

Immortal’s Honor is book #14 of the Dark Protectors series by author Rebecca Zanetti. It is an exciting standalone paranormal romance, told from various points of view with a happy ending. Subgenres: Romantic Suspense

The latest book in Zanetti’s Dark Protectors series feature the peacekeeping middle brother Sam. Sam’s peaceful attitude covers a very controlling and self controlled vampire demon. So when he meets his mate, nothing goes as planned.

Zanetti is great at mixing comedy in with some drama and lots of action. The characters are believable, relatable and fun. You can’t help but cheer them on

I received an ARC copy of this book from the Publisher via Netgalley and am voluntarily leaving my review.

I do find books this late in a series so difficult to review without spoilers, but I will do my best.
Sam and Honor's story was a good addition to the Dark Protector's World. I love getting lost in Rebecca Zanetti's books and this was no different. Honor is Enhanced, and has been aware of her abilities, even if she doesn't completely understand them. To protect his family, Sam became the Keeper, Honor almost immediately sees through the façade that Sam shows everyone else, and calls him out on it. I think her enhancement and personality compliments Sam well, and she is a really good influence for Garrett and the bear clan. I do wish we'd seen more of the Seven, but I also love that we got to spend so much time with Bear's group.
I wish we could hurry up and get to Hope's story, but at the same time I need so much more before we get there! UGH!

One last thing before I'm done... Roscoe!!!!!!

I have voluntarily read and reviewed a copy of this title given to me through NetGalley. This book was just absolutely wonderful. It was just so easy to get lost in and I just couldn’t put it down. I just lost myself within this amazing story. I most definitely will read more by this author.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this series. I have read every single book in the Dark Protectors series and everyone has been different but also cohesive. I cannot wait for the next one. Honor was an awesome female character compared to Sam’s tough exterior. I already liked Sam from previous books. I cannot stress enough how much fun this book was.

So good. I love the series and can't wait for more to come. I gave enjoyed all of Rebecca's books. Looking forward to seeing what she has in store for us next.

The latest Dark Protectors novel does not disappoint! Sam and Honor are hot, hot, hot both literally and figuratively. Sam may set things on fire but his cool exterior hides the immense and painful responsibilities set upon him. Having Honor to share that burden is both a relief and a concern. I loved this book and am itching to hear more about Garrett and Hope!

Immortal Honor is book 14 in the Dark Protectors series - best read in order

The book reveals why Vampire-Demon Sam Kyllwood became the Keeper and
what that implies. When he sets off another explosion and fire, he is captured by
a SWAT team at the scene and taken in for questioning by DHS. Dr. Honor McDoval
is brought in to question him as she is skilled at reading people and detecting lies.
During the interrogation, Sam realizes that Honor is an Enhanced female and has
the ability to balance him out. Hope is drawn into the war between the Realm and the Kurjans.
Trusting the wrong person is deadly and agendas are revealed.
Cannot wait to read the next book in the series.
Thanks to NetGalley for a copy.

It’s amazing that even after 14 books, this series continues to not only be really great, it also stays really fresh. The characters are always different and engaging for the reader. Here we have Sam and Honor. Sam we’ve met before but he’s been a bit of a mystery, especially what his role as Keeper is in the big bad ritual everyone is getting ready for. I thought it was interesting how Sam wasn’t what I expected at all really, he was much more intense and I was living for it. He was off the charts hot. I really liked Honor too, she was a practical heroine. I liked that it didn’t take her long to adjusted and become a badass in a world that was so unfamiliar to her. We also get time with some favourites from previous books, loved getting to see Bear and Nessa again and of course I love Garrett even if he’s being a little bit of a dummy. The storyline was action packed like I’ve come to expect from this series, never being over done but always moving at a fast pace. The continuous storyline moved along a little bit, but we still end it waiting for the big conclusion. I will say that the one thing I’m not really liking is the whole Hope/Pax/Drake storyline, I’m not sure if it’s because I’m trying to guess where she is going with it and can’t or if I really just don’t like Drake. I’m not sure, I’ll get back to you after a few more books. Very much looking forward to what Garrett’s book is going to turn out to be, lots of hints but no clear answers but I’m hoping that his lady love takes him for a real ride.

This is the first Rebecca Zanetti's book I've read so at the beginning I was a bit lost regarding the mythology and some supporting characters.

Sam Kyllwood, demon-vampire hybrid, meets Dr. Honor McDoval, a human psychiatrist with special abilities, and sparks fly -figurately and literally. But Sam carries a heavy burden as the peacemaker and problem solver in his family; he's scared of the future and what it may bring, so he's not sure if mating Honor is a good idea.

I really liked the different POVs (though it's mostly Sam or Honor telling the story). I'm excited about the next book in the series: Garret's book. Will he finally find his mate? And what about Hope? Will she choose Pax or Drake?

WOW!!!! Totally loved Sam and Honor's story. This book was filled to the brim with over the top alphaness, strong minded female leads, drama and violence. Picked up right where the last of the Cyst drama ended. This book was seriously great. I loved Sam and you really see a new side of him in this book!! Now onto Garrett!!!

Honor is a Psychiatrist with a little something extra, she is what the Immortals would call Enhanced. She can tell when someone lies. She has also done some work for the Police. This is where she meets Sam. Sam is brought in because of fires being set and the Police are looking for a confession.

Sam is a Vampire/Demon hybrid and yes, fires are happening around him, but he isn't intentionally setting them. He has some sort of "virus" attached to him. How do you explain that to the Police? Matter of fact, how can you explain being a Vampire/Demon to a human??

Sam knows Honor is Enhanced and that she is special. She also hasn't experienced all she can with her enhancement either. Honor has just entered a world she never knew existed and Sam is her guide!

Who knew there were such things as demons, shifter, vampires etc.?! Honor deals with this pretty well but then again she is trying to stay alive and un-kidnapped for her special skills. She is also tryin to keep her hormones at bay because Sam makes them come alive and Sam is feeling the exact same. Sam feels they must mate to keep her safe but he wants it much more than he is letting on or even realizes.

Can he keep Honor safe?

This couple goes through hell and back, just about literally. Their goal is to keep a ceremony from happening that would let the ultimate evil out of his interdimensional prison. Plus fighting someone who thinks he can also become the next ultimate evil. What keeps them fighting? The safety of the world as we know it and love, the love they have developed for one another....
