Let me start by saying, this was not my favorite read this year, BUT it was still pretty good. The chemistry between the main characters could have been more developed, but I fell in love with how Logan talked to Hope and how he acted with her. All in all a 3.5⭐ read- rounded to 4⭐
Will definitely try some more books from this author.

When I think of romance, I think of books just like this one, that gives all the feels and satisfies every romance junkies' heart. This is a perfect books to snuggle up with on any day. This one took by surprise! Leslie North is one of the best.

My first read from the SEAL series it won’t be my last. Sweet and sexy romance between Hope and Logan. I loved the mix of romance and mystery as Logan tries to protect his pregnant ex from a mysterious assailant who is trying to kill her as she investigates the disappearance of a girl from 20 years ago. The reveal was good abs the resolution was perfect. Look forward to more from the series.

Hope gave up on Logan and their relationship when he turned to alcohol, and when they meet again she has to inform him she is pregnant, but when someone tries to blow her up he becomes her bodyguard. A lovely story of how they grow to rely on each other whilst solving the cold case mystery of missing teenager Diana.

Another great Seal series by Leslie North. It's so hard waiting for the next series to come out. I liked how Logan owned up to his past mistakes and has chosen to make things right. And talk about just in time. Hope is weary to start things again with Logan. I get it and he does too, he's such a wonderful man.

Loved this story so much packed within its 200 pages.
Loved the minimal amount of characters within the book.
Story constantly stayed on track and current.
Loved the feeling of growth between the characters despite there not being too much of a back story given but it really allowed you to see how much the characters had grown.
Hot romance and a loveable story line with gorgeous SEAL too. what more could you ask for?
