This has been an interesting read and extremely helpful in my career change.
It has helped me to understand better how to build up my teams learning and development

This book had some great points about workplace learning and how to better have a culture of workplace learning. This is a topic that is close to my heart and I enjoyed reading and learning more about it.

I can only repeat what I wrote about the previous edition, the new parts are interesting and there's plenty of ideas
I'm working as project manager on training projects and this was the right book to improve my working experience and to have a better understanding of this topic.
I will surely apply some of the ideas in this book.
