If you have promised yourself that you will start eating healthier then this is the book for you. The Frasers are Cross Fit champions so they know how to eat well and healthy. They also eat the colors. The food they create are colorful and beautiful. They start with hearty breakfasts that are colorful and healthy. It is said way too much but it is correct we eat with our eyes first. They use lots of soft boiled eggs in their breakfast dishes. As they say soft boiled eggs are king at their house. There's chicken, pork, beef and lamb recipes included. And don't think that because they do cross fit that there are not sweets included because they are.

I was drawn to this cookbook because of Mat Fraser, a Crossfit games champion. I wanted to see how he ate throughout his life. It did not disappoint. I read many recipes I will add to my rotation. The first will the the Piri Piri Chicken Wings with yogurt dipping sauce. Wings are a favorite of mine and spicy piri piri sauce will hit the spot. Another must try is the Lemon-thyme blueberries with the Dutch baby pancake. I think breakfast and dinner are covered for this weekend. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did.

I ended up getting a physical copy of this cookbook. Love it! My husband and I try to work out and eat healthy. Perfect fit for our lifestyle.

I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. I have followed Mat Fraser through his CrossFit career and have enjoyed how Sammy keeps him eating well. Excellent cookbook, though I don't know how many recipes I would make from it.

This has a ton of great recipes in it and I will definitely be making some! I think it has a great layout and the recipes are easy to follow.

This cookbook has been a delight. I've been following the Feeding The Frasers IG account for the past couple of years and the food pictures always look so good. This cookbook doesn't disappoint. The ingredients are easy to find and the recipes aren't super time consuming. Definitely worth a read and a purchase.

I had no idea who the Frasers were when I picked up this cookbook. As soon as I read the husband is a CrossFit champion I kinda groaned thinking I had picked up a strict diet cookbook. I was so so wrong. For someone that did not grow up cooking (the author), Sammy knows what she’s doing now! Page after page of deliciousness! From breakfast to dessert and everything in between.

Gorgeous pictures, delicious recipes, with easy to follow instructions. What more could you ask for?
