This was a DNF for me. The narration was robotic and not engaging to me at all. Also, I couldn't relate to the extensive talk of motherhood. This is just not the right book for me, but it may be great for others.

This book was brilliant I loved every minute of it. I listened to the audio version of this book and at first I didn't take to the narrator. However, I soon got used to her and it didn't affect my enjoyment of the book. I was hooked on this story line almost straight away. The story follows a number of women friends and their husbands. I really enjoyed getting to know each of the women and there troubles in their life. This lead to a strong connection with each one. The author gives such depth to the characters with is one of the things I love about this book. There was a well balanced amount of both whit and seriousness, to keep you wanting to read more of the book. Then one woman does something to turn everyone's life on its head. Is this a good thing or a bad thing you will have to read this page turning book to find out. This is a great book to read to inspire your own life. As the women in this book go through so many issues that you gain an insight into how to deal with these issues in a positive way.
I would like to thank the author and publishing team for bringing this wonderful and helpful book out to inspire us all on how to deal with various stresses in life. Learning from other peoples mistakes often helps us to not make the same mistakes in life. I love learning things from fiction books, this book has certainly helped me out.

I really tried to like this book but had to stop about 25% of the way in. I just couldn't compute how what happened with Lucy was talked about. As a working mother I just could not relate to this book at all, as much as I really wanted to like it.

Not my type of novel. Unlikeable, un-relatable characters that were selfish and did not create a story with the ability to connect with. There were too many references to brand names and filled with negative dialogue.

Many thanks to NetGalley and Orange Sky Audio for gifting me this audiobook by Laura Jamison, narrated perfectly by Aimee Barrett - 4 stars for an enjoyable book with lots of life lessons.
Five best friends who met while attending Dartmouth University twenty years ago. They all took different paths and had different issues, from stay-at-home mom to infertility to marriage issues - mostly focused on the work-life balance in whatever shape that took. When one of the friends, Heather, decides to write a book about the mistakes each of her friends made under the guise of mentoring younger women, it causes a terrible rift in their friendship.
These are all privileged women but it shows that life holds back no punches no matter the privilege. We are all faced with adversity in one form or another, and how we choose to handle it is what makes the difference. I enjoyed listening to this book and quickly got into the lives and issues each of the women faced. Friendship and second chances are key here.

I liked it, didn't love..
It seemed like allot of books that I have read before.. but maybe I'm a little young / without children to be the target audience. It centres on 5 college friends: Heather, Elizabeth, Martha, Carmen and Sara, who are now approaching forty having experienced very different lives post-college.

This was such a heartwarming story of longtime friends. I would buy this for my friends and recommend others to read it. The story was about real life happens the beauty of life and the hardships. I loved it!!

What a fantastic book! All The Right Mistakes looks at a group of college girlfriends as they enter middle age and wonder, "Did I really make the right choices?" This book deals with many subjects - women in the workplace, working moms vs stay at home moms, marriages, social media, and what matters most. All of these women deal with the issues all of us do and they do it with varying degrees of success. I did love how relatable they all were. There were a few places I thought serious things were glazed over just a bit, but for the most part the story flowed well and certainly kept my attention. I would recommend this book to any woman in their 30s/40s/50s who wonders if they have made "the right" mistakes.

A true life story. Mixed with bad and good things. From birth to death. How to forgive and how to learn what is important. What we fight and what we leave behind. We can change our mind and we can move on. Nothing is forever and we have to make that is good for us. Couse life is not always right. But true friendship is always there and never forgot.
Thanks to Netgalley.com and Orange Sky Audio for this listening.
