I didn’t know much going into this book but when I realized the female main character is 38 and the male main character is 28, I immediately got excited. I have read a decent amount of age gap books but I don’t think I have read one where the FMC is older.

These two characters have a chance-encounter when Alexis is passing through a small town. Daniel has a strict policy of never hooking up with tourists but their instant chemistry is too strong to ignore. Alexis isn’t looking for anything serious, due to the drama with her ex husband and medical legacy at home. She knows that Daniel is the backbone to this small town and could never leave it behind and that her parents wouldn’t approve of someone who wasn’t her ex husband. If you love a story where the hero falls first, this is definitely one to check out.

There were so many hilarious moments in this book. I was cracking up! All the people in the small town were so great and I fell in love with all these characters.

Thank you to the author and @netgalley for sending me this ARC! Part of Your World is out now!

First off, I'm not a romance reader, it's just not my jam. That said, I do try romances occasionally as a palate cleanser between serial killer books and nonfiction. This book was the perfect intermission to life book! This is the second I've read of Jimenez and it is my favorite of hers so far!

I keep hearing the Ariel song "Part of Your World" when I read this title--and it's fitting to the storyline. You've got a guy and a girl that live very different lives that meet and fall hard for each other. The relationship flourishes, drama ensues, things are rocky, they aren't sure that they can be "part" of each other's world.

I really enjoyed how the book addresses some heavy, problematic topics that women face today. I loved getting a bit of meat and heart with my romance read! It did feel a bit one-sided that annoyed me and almost too perfect at times--but it's fiction, I enjoyed the ride. I do have to say that it lagged a bit in the middle with not a lot happening, just basic life repeating itself...

If you're looking for an enjoyable romance read, this will fit the bill! I also appreciated the mostly closed door romance scenes from this one (as far as I can remember)!

Thank you to NetGalley and Forever for an advance e-copy in return for my honest review.

Definitely my least favorite from this author. Did I like it? Yeah! Was it memorable? Not at all. I loved that Alexis was on the "older" side/my age, but she was not relatable! She was actually kind of annoying and unfair about Daniel and their entire situation. I feel like at her age she should have known better. However, I think I might be in the minority and everyone else will still really like this one.

Part of Your World was my first book by Abby Jimenez, and now I have to go back and read her back catalog because I loved every minute of this.
Alexis is a city girl through and through. She’s wealthy, sophisticated, and has a successful career as an ER doctor. So when she meets Daniel, a small-town mayor, after getting into some car trouble, you’d think they were complete opposites—and they are. But they also have undeniable chemistry.
However, a relationship is impossible. Alexis' parents want her to carry on the family legacy at their hospital, and Daniel would never leave his small, tight-knit town. But she can’t help going back to visit every chance she gets because though her life looks ideal from the outside, she’s missing something. True happiness.
I truly adored this book. But, when a book has so many Disney references and mentions a goat in pajamas within the first 5% of the book, how can I not fall in love? It also doesn’t hurt when the man in charge of caring for said goat in pajamas is tall and has a beard and tattoos. Daniel is swoony, charming, generous, and kind—basically, he’s one of my favorite book love interests, and I understand entirely why Alexis couldn’t keep away.
Alexis and Daniel’s off-the-charts chemistry was a definite high point of this book, and the fact that he fell for her in the very beginning made my heart melt. Watching Alexis grow in her independence was another high point. She had so much to unpack with her abusive relationships, and Jimenez did a fantastic job at handling that tough subject with care.
Part of Your World is a perfect mix of humor, sexiness, and emotional depth. Once I hit the 1/4 mark, I didn’t want to put the book down. I laughed and cried, and my heart literally ached for Alexis and Daniel. I definitely recommend reading this.

Thank you to NetGalley, Forever, & Grand Central Publishing for the opportunity to read and review this book before it's publication date! This in no way affected my review, opinions are my own.

This is the fourth in an interconnected series of sorts (that technically can be read as standalones, but I URGE YOU TO READ THEM ALL) and I'm telling you now - not only is it my favorite of the bunch, these books just keep getting better and better and better.

There were some truly hilarious parts to this book (their initial meet cute? GOLDEN), even as there were some truly heartbreaking things to read. Alexis and Daniel were such a great couple and I absolutely loved reading about them - and one of my favorite things in romance novels is when the difficulty isn't things the two main characters are doing, but rather just whether their relationship can survive outside factors ... and this is one of the best examples I've seen of that.

Long story short, I'll read anything Abby Jimenez writes and I would absolutely recommend them time and time again to anyone looking for good contemporary romance novels!

Abby Jimenez has become one of my favourite authors and when I got approved for an ARC of this book I went and binged all of her books. I am hooked. This book was perfection. I’m still thinking about it. I love how it was told from Alexis and Daniel’s perspective. I was just so caught up in the book the whole time I read it. If you can’t tell I loved it. I don’t even wanna give too much away I would just highly suggest purchasing it.

Abby Jimenez’s Part of Your World is the perfect blend of fun rom-com, depth, and humor that make for a memorable read. The well developed characters, idyllic setting, and a plot that tackles heavy topics make this a summer must-read.

Alexis has grown up shouldering the weight of a lengthy family legacy that ultimately makes almost all of her choices for her. Daniel has a legacy of his own, but in quite a different way. Their worlds collide when Alexis, while driving through Daniel’s quaint town, swerves to avoid a raccoon and finds her car stuck in a ditch. An adorable and humorous meet-cute ensues, changing the course of both of their lives.

Abby Jimenez makes me laugh out loud in every book she writes. I even texted my sister while I was mid-read, demanding she read Part of Your World simply because Alexis and Briana’s bantering reminded me of us. Being funny verbally is a difficult task, but being funny in writing is its own gauntlet. Yet Jimenez executes this flawlessly; take care reading in public, because it is laugh out loud funny, and often sweeps in unexpectedly and you find yourself laughing loudly in public (but that might just be me).

Jimenez’s novels are relatable and memorable due, in part, to her fantastic characters. From the main players to those that only grace a couple of pages, every single character is well developed. The world and characters are so astutely established that I found myself wondering if these characters and world had been featured in a previous title I had somehow missed. Though one character is related to a character from another novel in Jimenez’s catalogue, no prior reading is necessary to understand the elements at work in Part of Your World.

When I first saw the title, I immediately thought of The Little Mermaid and its oh-so-popular song (that is still my go to shower karaoke number, true story). Though Jimenez’s novel is in no way a mermaid tale, there are many Disney Easter eggs scattered throughout the book. You can find a full breakdown in the author’s note, found after the epilogue. As a full-fledged Disney nerd, I delighted in all the Disney-esque moments. If you aren’t a Disney fanatic, don’t worry– these moments do not detract from the plot, nor does the plot depend upon them. It’s just a fun bonus!

These pages aren’t totally without magic, though. A little sprinkling of magical realism is present, just enough to make the reader (and characters) wonder.

The setting is a character unto itself, and woe was me when I realized this was a fictional town and not a real one. It is so wonderfully described, it is easily imagined as a real location. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that the author had the town named by the Native Languages of the Americas naming fundraiser. Jimenez also notes that the town is located on traditional Dakota Sioux land. This respect and care cemented my status as an Abby Jimenez fan. As an enrolled citizen of a tribal nation, this is near to my heart and not something I see often; I highly appreciate the tender care with which it was addressed.

Jimenez is known for writing fun rom-coms with real world issues, such as infertility and grief, and Part of Your World continues this in an excellent way. From universal issues such as duty and legacy to much larger issues such as emotional and physical abuse, Jimenez continually handles difficult topics sensitively. I will include a content warning below the title image at the end of this post for those who would like further clarification. All emotionally difficult sections are handled delicately and with great care. The on-page descriptions so clearly identify manipulative behavior that it could help readers identify red flags in their own relationships.

Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez is available now. Thank you to the author, Forever/Grand Central Publishing, and NetGalley for an advanced ebook edition such that I could share my honest opinions.

CONTENT WARNING WITH MINOR SPOILERS BELOW

Content warning: the reader will see emotional abuse, manipulation, and gaslighting attempts from a secondary character, as well as another secondary character endure physical abuse. One character, as an ER doctor, discusses losing two minor patients. All instances on these topics are handled delicately, and these moments are integral to the plot. None of the abuse demonstrated is gratuitous.

I’ve been hearing about Abby Jimenez’s books for a few years now but had never gotten around to reading one. So many books, so little time, am I right? I decided to finally read my first from her when I heard about Part of Your World and had a chance to get an early copy. I mean, how could I not be intrigued when there was mention of a baby goat?!? This was a really enjoyable rom com that was heavy on both romance and comedy but also heavy on the, well, heavy stuff too. It was pretty well balanced and I had a good time reading it.

Here’s the book’s description:
After a wild bet, gourmet grilled-cheese sandwich, and cuddle with a baby goat, Alexis Montgomery has had her world turned upside down. The cause: Daniel Grant, a ridiculously hot carpenter who’s ten years younger than her and as casual as they come—the complete opposite of sophisticated city-girl Alexis. And yet their chemistry is undeniable.
While her ultra-wealthy parents want her to carry on the family legacy of world-renowned surgeons, Alexis doesn’t need glory or fame. She’s fine with being a “mere” ER doctor. And every minute she spends with Daniel and the tight-knit town where he lives, she’s discovering just what’s really important. Yet letting their relationship become anything more than a short-term fling would mean turning her back on her family and giving up the opportunity to help thousands of people.

Bringing Daniel into her world is impossible, and yet she can’t just give up the joy she’s found with him either. With so many differences between them, how can Alexis possibly choose between her world and his?
The storyline with Alexis’s ex was really, really hard to read at times. Anyone with triggers with gaslighting and emotionally abusive relationships must take note. I hated how this smart, capable woman had been reduced to being so insecure because of her ex. His behaviour was appalling and it didn’t help that Alexis’s family and so-called friends still thought he was the best thing ever. He was careful to hide his behaviour, of course, but it was such a clear indication that most people in Alexis’s life didn’t care enough about her to realize that something was terribly wrong. I was so glad that she had Bri in her corner, at least.

Even knowing the issues she had had with her ex and the emotional trauma all that came with…I still had a hard time accepting Alexis’s reasons for not wanting to commit to Daniel. Not only that, she wasn’t fully up front with him. It was like she couldn’t see a chance with him and didn’t give him all of the information to make a decision for himself. I loved Alexis but I loved Daniel more and I wish she had shown him a little bit more respect when it came to their relationship.

The small town magic was too much fun. Jimenez made this a fairy tale with hints of magic popping up in town that made this story whimsical and helped balance out the heavier storylines.

Even though Alexis was hell bent on not allowing things to turn into a full blown relationship, the romance between she and Daniel was delightful. Their meet cute was awfully cute – with a dose of awkward too, which is always amusing in a rom com – and the sparks between them were immediately obvious. You couldn’t help but root for the two of them!

Part of Your World was an absolute delight. I laughed and swooned and cried and it was just the read I needed. This may have been the first book of Abby Jimenez’s that I read but I don’t think it’s going to be the last.

This was my first Abby Jimenez book and I really really enjoyed it. Daniel was perfect and just seemed like a big teddy bear you wanted to hug. Alexis was somewhat more serious but I loved all the medical talk and hearing about her work as as ER physician. I really enjoyed this book and the differences in the two characters. I also loved all the side characters and hearing about the residents of Wakan. I really liked the ending of the book and how strong Alexis was and would love to hear about how this couple is doing in the next book!

Narrated by Julia Whelan and Zachary Webber

Strong word of mouth about the author and their new audiobook led me to request Part of Your World from NetGalley last week.  Abby Jimenez is a new-to-me author and lately, I’ve been a bit leery about veering away from old favorites, but I’m happy to tell you I plan to binge her back catalog right away!  I’m usually a bit slow to turn around book reviews - even with books I like (much to my editor’s despair), but I couldn’t wait to sit down and tell you all about this one.  While Part ofYour World has a few minor problems, the central relationship - featuring a whopper of an opposites attract pairing - is romantic and sexy, the primary and secondary characters are well realized (with one glaring exception), and the narrators are supremely well-suited to the material.  The novel had me totally absorbed during my morning walks this last week, and I was sad to finish it on my ride to work today.  I enjoyed almost every bit of it and recommend you read - or listen to -  it, too.

Growing up, Alexis Montgomery always knew she was destined to follow her parents into medicine, and expected to carry on the family legacy of world-renowned surgeons.  But after graduating at the top of her class at UC Berkeley, and then Stanford, she opted to become an ER doctor instead.  The work doesn’t come with the same fame or glory, but it brings her happiness - even if her father diminishes her decision whenever they’re together and her workplace has recently become less comfortable.

When the story begins, thirty-eight year old Alexis is in the small town of Wakan, Minneapolis, stuck in a ditch after swerving to avoid hitting a raccoon.  After calling for roadside assistance, she discovers it will be at least an hour before someone can tow her out and opts to spend the time talking to her close friend Brianna on the phone.  They discuss the funeral she just attended; the fortunate absence of her brother Derek (a plastic surgeon currently volunteering in Cambodia); therapy, and the state of her relationship with her cheating, gaslighter of an ex-boyfriend Neil (head of surgery at her hospital); and Brianna is urging her to go ahead and remove the uncomfortable Spanx she has on under her Dolce & Gabbana dress when Alexis spots headlights in her rearview mirror.  She frantically attempts to pull her undergarments completely off before the approaching driver reaches her window.  Friends, this information dump via a chatty conversation between friends is supremely well done.  Slightly wicked and supportive Brianna is an excellent foil to Alexis’s more stoic persona, and their conversation is alternately hilarious and sobering.  It’s smartly done by Jimenez, and a terrific way to get to know both these characters.  Also, the panicked race to remove the Spanx had me giggling out loud.

Twenty-eight year old Daniel Grant is the mayor of Wakan (following in the footsteps of generations of Grants before him).  He’s also a carpenter, manager/host of The Grant House (a local landmark and bed and breakfast), and - when the town tow truck operator is two sheets to the wind at the local VFW (an out-of-season hot spot hangout), he’s the guy who pulls cars out of ditches.   So when he spots a Mercedes in a ditch, he pulls over to offer help.  As he approaches, he notices the passenger’s frantic efforts to remove her undergarments, but plays dumb as he taps on her window.  The beautiful redhead who turns to partially unroll the window and inform him she’s waiting for a tow truck is a surprise, but he quickly informs her it’s going to be a long wait for the tow truck and convinces her to let him help her instead.  He refuses her offer of payment, hooks his truck up and pulls her out.  Daniel doesn’t expect to ever see her again… which is why he’s surprised to spot her later that same evening.  Well, he isn’t too surprised.  It's dinnertime in  the off-season in Wakan, and the only place open after six is the VFW.  Unfortunately, Daniel’s friends have noticed her, too, and he decides to  warn her about their $100 bet to see who can take her home that night.  Alexis asks if there’s anywhere else to eat in town and Daniel offers to make her dinner at his place.  She’s clearly wary - and then he mentions his buddy Doug plans to serenade her with a guitar rendition of More Than Words.  Alexis offers to leave with him to help him win the bet, and they head out together for dinner at Daniel’s.

Oh, friends!  It’s a great meet-cute.  I loved it - and Daniel!  Suffice it to say, the night… ahem, takes a turn and what starts out as a one-night stand quickly becomes something more - despite Alexis insisting it isn’t.  Told in multiple, parallel plotlines that don’t converge until a swoony fairytale-esque ending, Part of Your World explores what it does - and doesn’t - take to be happy, and how life often leads in unexpected directions.

Both Daniel and Alexis were raised with heavy expectations; Alexis by an emotionally abusive father and submissive mother, and Daniel by beloved grandparents who raised him after his teenage mother abandoned him as a small child.  Alexis is determined to meet the personal and professional obligations inherent as a member of the Montgomery family, while Daniel feels a similar sense of obligation as a Grant in Wakan.  But while Alexis is convinced Daniel doesn’t belong in her world and works diligently to keep him out of it, Daniel loves having Alexis in his world - and believes he can find a way to fit into hers.  The story unfolds in their alternating PoVs - Daniel, head over heels for Alexis, and Alexis, in denial about her own feelings for Daniel, digging in her heels and determined to keep him at a remove.

If it all sounds heavy, well… it is.  And that’s without telling you about Alexis’s ex-boyfriend, or Daniel’s friend Liz, whose boyfriend regularly beats her up.  Look, this story has highs and lows (obviously), but the author masterfully juggles the PoVs and the plotlines, and those highs?  Um.  They’re marvelous.  The relationship between Alexis and Daniel is super hot and sexy; she’s a good person trapped by fears of failure, he’s?…oh man.  He’s good looking, fit, handy with tools, kind, generous, sweet, an amazing cook.  Is it overkill?  NO.  IT ISN’T.  He’s amazing.  More please.  And then there’s the magical town of Wakan - a character in and of itself, the terrific cast and characterization of both good (and bad) secondary characters - shout out to super bestie Brianna - the friendships, the positive therapy-rep.  Friends, it all works!  The only flaws of any significance are Alexis’s doubts - which grow tedious, Liz’s storyline, which is powerful until it isn’t, and perhaps the author borrows a bit too heavily from fairy tales (for my taste) to craft this happily ever after.  But those are minor flaws folks, and they didn’t take away from my pleasure in this romance.

The narration is equally good.  I liked both narrators very much, and I think each does a great job bringing these principal characters and their story to life.  Jimenez and/or the producers have done a terrific job finding voices that match my idea of who these people are and I was wholly absorbed in the story every time I turned it on.  I loved listening to it..

Abby Jimenez is a new addition to my auto-buy list.  If you haven’t tried one of her books yet either, give Part of Your World a try.  It’s excellent.

After Alexis Montgomery gets stranded on the side of the road and a handsome stranger tows her out, her life is flipped upside down. Alexis meets Daniel Grant— a ridiculously good looking man who’s a decade younger than her, a carpenter, and owner of a b&b. On top of that— he has a dog AND A BABY GOAT IN PAJAMAS? (okay, technically the baby goat is his friend’s but he is watching said goat!!)

Alexis comes from a whole other life— 2 hours north in Minneapolis where she’s an ER doctor and heir to a whole legacy of doctors in the Montgomery line. Her past relationship ended sourly with the hospitals chief of surgery and her parents are putting pressure on her to get back together with him. But, every minute she spends with Daniel and his small community, Alexis begins to realize what she wants for her life rather than what has been laid out for her.

I absolutely adored this book and flew through it in 24 hours. I loved reading and seeing mentions of places in Minnesota that I had heard of before!

It was frustrating to see Alexis get treated the way she did by her parents and ex boyfriend. She deserved so much better and I am glad she found her way to Daniel. Daniel is amazing— definitely a new book boyfriend for me. He’s so patient with her. Throughout the book he teaches her things that one may consider basic, but Alexis has never had to learn before. From cooking to cleaning to flipping the breaker on her electricity box, not once does Daniel make her feel like an idiot. He makes Alexis so happy and I loved to see the progression of Alexis’ thoughts through the book.

Why you may like this book:
• you have wanted to break away from what’s expected of you
• want to hear about a baby goat in pajamas
• a patient and emotionally intelligent man <3
• Carpenter Daniel
• small town
• age gap romance

I loved the unexpected pairing of big city ER doctor Alexis and small town inn owner Daniel. The romance itself was sweet, but I also found it interesting to watch the progression of Alexis overcoming the emotional abuse at the hands of her family and ex-boyfriend and blossoming into her truest self.

Abby Jimenez has become one of my favorite Contemporary Romance authors. She has the ability to put you in the story by writing such great characters. This latest story is no exception.

Alexis and Daniel meet in a small town after Alexis has car trouble heading home after attending her aunts funeral. Their chemistry is intense!! What starts out as a lusty encounter turns into so much more as you get to know the characters and see their relationship inside and outside of their circle. Alexis comes from a affluent respected family of doctors and Daniel comes from a hard working generation of respected community leaders . Both are burdened with family expectations and guilt but how they approach their lives is different. The crux of the story is how can a relationship possibly work when they are from two very different worlds. There are a serious tones throughout the story of physical and emotional abuse. I think it was handled with care and added to the depth of the story. Daniel was a little too perfect, but I loved him so much!! Alexis was a very strong character. Their story was sooo good!! Another great story by Jimenez. I will continue to look forward to more of her books.

Absolutely enamored with this story! Part of Your World is my favorite book by Abby so far and I wish I could read it again for the first time!

The audiobook was perfection, brought to life by the amazing Julia Whelan and Zachary Webber. I'm pretty sure they could read the phone book and I'd buy it, but this was an experience I'll never forget.

I was sold when I heard there were baby goats and grilled cheese, but that's only the tip of the iceberg.

Things I loved:
**Small town
**RomCom
**Age gap
**Witty banter
**Family dynamics
**Handsome carpenter

It's not all sunshine and rainbows, as the author loves to put her readers on an emotional roller coaster, but it's one I'd gladly go on again and again.

My only complaint about this book was it ended too soon! This will definitely be one I read again in the near future and I can't recommend it enough.

𝑮𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈.

I’m a little speechless after this read. I thought Life‘s Too Short was a powerful read and my favorite Abby Jimenez book but boy did Part of Your World totally blow that one out of the water. Abby like wine gets better with age and Part of Your World is a total knockout. Just like Abby’s other books, this does not shy away from difficult topics while still managing to be witty with laugh out loud moments. This super romantic tale makes your insides ooey gooey while navigating and overcoming emotional abuse and depression. It brings forth the issue of social divides and the perspective differences of a privileged life in the city vs life in a small town that rely on tourism. It’s delightfully adorable and brilliantly written all the way to the HEA.

When Alexis Montgomery finds herself in a ditch in the middle of nowhere coming to her rescue is Daniel Grant, a ridiculously hot, bearded, tattooed carpenter. The two hit it off and what’s supposed to be a lustful one night stand turns into something much deeper. Alexis and Daniel couldn’t be more different, for one Alexis is almost 10 years older then Daniel. She grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth. She’s never done household chores or cooked for herself but she’s no stranger to hard work being an ER doctor at one of the worlds best hospitals. Daniel is the epitome of the working man. Not only is he a skilled carpenter, but he runs a B&B, is a chef, takes care of baby animals, and is the Mayor of his small town. Alexis is getting out of an abusive relationship so she’s not looking to get into something serious, but every minute she spends with Daniel and his tight-knit community, she’s discovering just what’s really important.

Yet letting their relationship become anything more than a short-term fling would mean turning her back on her family. Bringing Daniel into her world is impossible, her ultra-wealthy, uptight prissy world renowned surgeon parents will never accept him. Alexis is already the black sheep of the family by being an ER doctor. And her friends are even worse, we’ll minus her best friend Bri who’s the absolute best and getting her own stand-alone novel (YAY!). The more time she spends with Daniel the more it’s becoming clear she’s going to have to chose. Alexis makes some difficult decisions but finally stands up for herself. And Daniel well he’s the kind of guy you want by your side, he’s loyal and just wants to take care of Alexis. Their worlds were supposed to merge for a reason.

This book goes to show you that you don’t need steamy sex scenes to fuel a romance. This was all about heartfelt connections and simplicity and dam it was hot.

Read if you like:
- Dual POV
- Small town romance
- Age gap (older woman)
- Adorable animals
- Found family
- Trigger ⚠️ : emotional abuse/domestic violence/depression

Abby Jimenez can do no wrong! Once again she writes a poignant yet charming romance that contains moments of light while also touching up on deeper and very real topics and situations. I love how Abby writes her make protagonists in all of her books. I also enjoy how she really makes her characters go through it to find their love. Please do keep in mind trigger warnings for abusive relationships.

And she does it again 👏🏼 Are we shocked? Not one single bit. Honestly, I would read Abby Jimenez's grocery list at this point. Her writing is my absolute favorite - yes, these are romance books, but they also tackle some heavy topics. She always does it in such a way that makes sense to me. Even if I haven't ever dealt with anything her characters are going through, I still connect and empathize with them.

Here's what I loved about Part of Your World -
✨ Daniel and Alexis - together & individually
✨ the small town atmosphere
✨ the baby goat in pajamas - I MEANNNNNN 😍
✨ the age gap
✨ Bri - so glad she's getting her own book!
✨ the legacy of Daniel's family because I have said "Grace cost you nothing." at least 5 times a day since finishing
✨ Alexis' speech - IYKYK bc I was cheering her on and smiling ear to ear when she got finished

I really, really freaking did not like Alexis' dad. I still don't. But I think it's important that his character was displayed like he was. I also wish we had gotten to see more of Derek and Lola!

I feel like whenever I finish a new Abby Jimenez book it becomes my new favorite, but I think that says so much about her writing. She's a gem. These books are gems. Cannot recommend them enough!

4.5 ⭐️

Loved this contemporary romance following two wonderful characters who are from completely different worlds. I enjoyed getting the perspectives of both Alexis and Daniel. I loved Daniel’s friends and his town. And I loved Bri, Alexis best friend. Bri was hilarious. She had some truly laugh out loud lines. Can’t wait to get her book next year!
