Abby Jimenez is an artist. I’ve been a diligent reader of all her books, starting with ‘The Friend Zone’ while struggling with my own infertility, but Part of Your World has spoken to me. I adored this book. I had not a clue how it would end and that’s how I would judge a book. I was so anxious to see how two worlds would come together, and I was not disappointed. Daniel is truly a smoke-show and dream boyfriend, out of all of Abby’s books. I laughed, a lot.
The circle of abuse from Alexis’ father and mother and ex boyfriend were beautifully written. Abby did a wonderful job and truly is an artist.

This book was amazing. It was so well written. I loved the back and forth between Daniel and Alexis and that it kept you guessing without being too cliche. It was just enough spicy hot as well. Highly highly recommend!

This was wonderful!!! I love everything Abby Jimenez does. This felt so wonderful to read and I didn't want it to end!

AHHH! This book! Cue all the swooning. When I read The Friend Zone, it was a strong 5 star read for me. Then, I read The Happy Ever After Playlist and found it to be more like 3.5 stars. I didn't know what to expect with this one. Well, Abby Jimenez blew me away once again with another 5 star read! She knocked this one out of the park. The chemistry between the characters and the growth and development as the story progresses were both *chef's kiss.* Highly recommend this one! Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for providing me with an advance reader copy in exchange for my honest review!

Abby has done it again! I was lucky enough to get early access to her next book and I couldn’t put it down. I wouldn’t say it was her best but that’s not to say it wasn’t good. My bar for her is very high and I think her first two books were better. I would still recommend this book. It’s superior to most rom-com books out there. My ultimate rating is 4/5 stars.
Thank you to Net Galley for the early copy!

Amazing addition to the Abby Jimenez world. I almost stopped reading a couple times because I didn't want anyone to get hurt but I was addicted and I had to know what happened. I loved the appearances and mentions of friends from previous books.

Thank you NetGalley, Abby Jimenez, and Forever Publishing for sending me a free ARC copy of Part of Your World in exchange for an honest review.
“Grace costs you nothing.”
This book is so special and I loved every bit of it. The storyline and the characters are so authentic that it made me feel this instant connection to the book and it was such an amazing experience as a reader. I loved Alexis and Daniel, I will ship them until the end of time. Their love is so pure and they made each other better just by being accepting and giving each other the confidence to grow into the people they were always meant to be. I felt their joy, love, and heartbreak throughout the story, it was just so raw and real. I learned a lot from Daniel’s character and see a lot of his character’s amazing qualities in my husband, which just made me love him more.
There were many tough issues discussed in this book including abusive relationships, loss, mental illness, and infidelity. The author was able to write these aspects in a sensitive, understanding, realistic, and honest way that I just appreciated so much. I think as women, many of us have experienced some of the barriers Alexis felt pressed upon her and I loved seeing her break through those barriers and find her own path. The secondary characters, especially Doug and Bri, brought a lot to the story. I can’t wait to see more of them when we get Bri’s story next!
I seriously can’t find the words to express how much I loved this book. If you don’t have this on your to-read list for 2022, you need to add it, even better, preorder it now. You will not regret it. This is an all-time favorite and I’m so grateful to have been given the opportunity to read it.

Without a doubt, Abby Jimenez gets better with every book. It pains me that the masses have to wait until April for this one.
Part of Your World is an almost modern-day Romeo & Juliet. Two people from completely different classes but holding onto their respective family legacies. Alexis and Daniel’s love story was wonderful to be a part of. Humorous, wonderful banter, heart-warming characters, excruciating circumstances. Basically what you’d expect from Abby Jimenez.

I am a huuuuge fan of Abby's books and have loved all of them thus far. This book however, was a bit of a disappointment for me. Normally this author's books leave me in a pile of emotion and bawling my eyes out, but I couldn't really connect to the emotion of the characters in this book. The book is still well written with lots of Abby branded humor and a good read, but I was a bit disappointed there wasn't much *spice* as the other books. In no way would this book keep me from reading future books Abby puts out nor should my review keep people from wanting to read this book.

It all starts with a raccoon. The best stories do! Alexis is on the side of the road in her car waiting for a tow truck. A handsome stranger comes and rescues her. It's all downhill from there. Quite literally.
Alexis lives two hours away from Daniel, but of course fate has other plans.
In this wonderful story we get an age-gap love, some long-distance, a tad of physical abuse (in the secondary sense), and some emotional abuse.
It is very clear that Jiminez has done her research in many areas. We see some medical terminology, many facets of running an inn, abuse and more. As always her author's note/acknowledgements are amazing. Please always give the author their due diligence and make sure you read those.
Overall, this was such a great read. I adored the chemistry between Daniel and Ali. The town is simply adorable. The end result was everything I hoped for. My only criticism is the age-gap issues were a little heavy handed. I can understand the reasoning, but for some reason it grated me a bit. Otherwise, so so good.
Thank you Forever Pub and Netgalley for the advanced readers copy in exchange for my honest feedback.

This book hooked me in from the very first page. I love the age difference, I love the character development, I love the relationship. Abby Jimenez does not disappoint! The female MC in this is 37 and the male MC is 28 and that’s so different from most stories I read that I think it made me love it even more. Not to mention her being an ER doctor? YES MAAM.
Thank you to netgalley and forever for allowing me the opportunity to read this early!

Abby Jiminez can truly do no wrong. This fourth installment of her series is just as wonderful as the three prior books. I absolutely loved the dynamic between Daniel and Alexis. Daniel seems like such a genuine guy and all of his POV chapters just made me love him even more. Both characters were self-assured in their own worlds, but I loved when Alexis ventured into unknown territory and out of her comfort zone with David. Alexis as a character is incredible. The strength she has in her person and her empathy for others in just awe-inspiring. The connection she had with Liz was so heart-breaking, but such an important storyline to display.

Thank you NetGalley and Forever Publishing for the ARC! I’ve been a huge fan of Abby Jimenez’ books since The Friend Zone.
This one did not disappoint! It was nice reading a love story with an age gap for once, that wasn’t portrayed as “creepy” or “ridiculous,” as that’s the story of my real-life romance as well.
It was also nice that it wasn’t the focus of why things might not work between Alexis and Daniel. It was such a sweet story and I fell in love with the side characters of Bri and basically the entire town of Wakan.
I highly recommend this one if you’re looking to read about love, small town kinship, tough decisions, and baby goats.

Abby Jimenez has done it again! Part of Your World did not disappoint and I could not put it down. If you have read any of Abby's other books in this series, you will love this one as well. If you are looking for a new romantic comedy series I would highly recommend this book. It is part of the series starting with The Friend Zone but you do not have to read the first one to be able to read this book. Like Abby Jimenez's other books this one also deals with serious topics like domestic abuse and depression. She does a great job balancing these serious topics and adding comic relief. I loved reading about Alexis and Daniel!

Abby Jimenez delivers another sweet and funny opposites attract rom com. Alexis Montgomery has her medical career and life planned out, but doesn't anticipate her car breaking down in a small town. Daniel Grant wears many hats for his hometown, but teaching a socialite doctor basic life skills isn't a hat he thought he'd have to put on. Jimenez captures Alexis and Daniel's romance in her trademark down-to-earth with wish-fulfillment style.

To say I was excited when I found out Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez was available on NetGalley would be an understatement. I’ve been a huge fan of authorabbyjimenez ever since I read her first novel (The Friend Zone). Full of humor, romance, and reality, you can’t help rooting for the protagonists. I was pulled into the story so much that I read this novel in one day. Not only is this another well written tale, but there’s a baby goat wearing pajamas. Let me repeat that. A baby goat *wearing pajamas*.
I’m still mad that I have to wait FOREVER for her next novel. Part of Your World is hitting the shelves in April 2022, so you know it’s going to be a long wait for the next one.
4.5 ⭐️ for a great love story that’ll make you laugh and cheer. And that pajama wearing baby goat.
Also, if you want to get lots of laughs on the regular, follow the author in social media. You’ll definitely want to read about her husband’s Exlax…adventure. And that time when her bakery accidentally made a fancy cake that looked like a bling encrusted vajayjay.

I LOVED THIS BOOK SO MUCH. Abby Jimenez did it again, like I knew she would. Her writing is the best, her characters are lovable, & her love stories are swoonworthy. I’m obsessed with Alexis and Daniel. I want to live in Wakan. I can’t waaaait for Bri’s story. Content warnings for domestic violence (verbal/emotional and physical abuse).

I am a huge fan of Abby and was eager to read this book. When I saw a discussion about there being little nods to Disney style magic in it I was worried because I am not a fairy tale type of person at all. I was worried for no reason though, because it was so seamlessly orchestrated that it didn’t distract from the story at all. In fact, it was the perfect balance to the heavyweight subject of emotional and physical abuse that is woven throughout the book. While it may trigger those who have dealt with it firsthand, the topic was so well written that I think this is a must read for anyone who loves someone who has dealt with any form of abuse. The chapters from Alexis’ point of view are so spot on, it’s obvious the author did research and treated the subject with care. The characters-even the side characters- are well developed and the whole book is a nod of appreciation to small town life without the condescending tone that most modern writers use. As I said before I was unsure about the Disney style magic sprinkled throughout before I started the book. After I read it the second time I was blown away by the realization of the challenge it poses to the reader. The abuse victims in the book, as in real life, struggle with the feelings that no one will believe them if they tell their stories. The reader gets snippets of incidents of abuse through comparisons between characters and sometimes as they unfold on the pages. Some of the emotional abuse revealed, as is too often the case in real life, is almost beyond how a normal person can believe another person can act. To me Abby adds another layer to the book by laying out all of the really awful things and pointing out how scared the victims are that they won’t be believed, and contrasting it with her nods to the Disney style romantic, fairy tale magic that is so readily believed by so many. It was a wonderful “Damn it Abby you did it again” moment after enjoying the hilarious, insightful, and tear jerking novel. I read this one twice. I think I’ve only ever done that with her HEAP book, and this one is my new favorite. I am so impressed with how she tackles these heavy topics and sheds light on them in books full of love and laughter and tears.

After discovering Abby Jimenez earlier this year, I read all of her published books in quick succession and then literally jumped for joy when I got the chance to read an advanced copy of PART OF YOUR WORLD.
On the surface, this book is a classic “opposites attract but are from two different worlds” tale. But it is so much more. Alexis and Daniel are both saddled with (and proud to carry on) two very different family legacies. Alex is a successful emergency room doctor working in a prestigious hospital that bears her family’s name. Daniel is the de facto mayor of a small town upon whom all the residents rely. They were never supposed to meet, because it obviously could never work, but fate had other plans.
Jimenez just keeps getting better and better with each book. Her writing is heartfelt, emotional and laugh out loud funny. Her characters are so real and deep. Her love stories are the kind we all dream of. But what I appreciate more than anything, is the author’s ability to tackle difficult subjects with such incredible care.
In PART OF YOUR WORLD, the topics of domestic abuse (both physical and emotional) and difficult parent/child relationships are handled respectfully and are not gratuitous in any way. This book also features a cast of supporting characters that round out the story perfectly. Did I mention there’s a baby goat in pyjamas?
PART OF YOUR WORLD releases on April 12, 2022 and that gives you plenty of time to read the author's first three novels before then. Something I definitely recommend considering there are characters that overlap from book to book. And also, because all her books are awesome.
My thanks to Forever and Grand Central Publishing for the advance reading copy.
