I'm always looking for new air fryer recipes and this book didn't disappoint! Many of the recipes are keto-friendly, if that's your thing. There's a wide range of offerings and probably something for everyone.
What a great cookbook! The material is well written and presented in an easy to follow manner. I look forward to trying out several of these recipes.
I love cookbook recipes that are both quick and easy. Those are my favorite kinds of recipes. And it means that I'll have more time to enjoy eating the food!

I didn't realise this was a keto cookbook when I downloaded it. The book opens with an introduction into the Keto diet - the how and why and nutritional information surrounding this diet, And being a keto book, there are few carbs included.
I'll be up front: I haven't actually made anything from this book yet. Some of the recipes sounded really interesting, and many appear to be simple adaptations of existing recipes, tweaked for the air fryer. I would have liked more photographs beside the recipes. The few that were included made the recipes themselves more appealing than a wall of text and lists of ingredients.
Will I try some of the recipes? Possibly. All of them? Possibly not. Jut like in most cookbooks

This was a great cookbook and I really enjoyed reading through the recipes. I definitely found some that I will be making since I am getting an air fryer for Christmas!
Having just bought an airfrier this was the perfect accompaniment!
The step-by-step instructions were easy to follow and thr photography was very inticing!. My husband is following a keto diet adn I found these recipes were suitable for him but still delicious for the whole family to enjoy..
The Coconut Curry Peanut Sauce is to die for and we were big fans of the Cheddar and Chive Cauli-tots and Jalapeno Poppers.
This cook book is a must have for all Keto dieters and air frier lovers.
I was gifted an air fryer for Christmas last year and have been incredibly intimidated ever since. This book was perfect for me dipping my toes into the air fryer waters.
This particular recipe book is geared towards those on the ketogenic diet. While I am not keto, I do air on the side of low carb so there are many recipes for me to try that are also lower in fat content.
I am a visual person so I appreciate the colorful photos and the layout of the recipes. A great choice!

Loved this! Have made a few recipes in my Ninja XL Grill which went down a treat. Easy recipes which give you all the nutrition information and macros. Recipes are predominantly meat with vegetables. Great if you are following Keto (or not). Delicious. Thank you.
Loved this cookbook!!! I am new to the air fryer and I was looking for quick and easy recipes. This was so perfect for me!! I like the organization and the flow. I also liked the range of recipes! Sweet, Savory, Different things and classic things. The photos are great too! Loved reading through this one and picking out some of the great looking recipes!!!
This is a great cook book of recipes for the air fryer aimed at those on the Ketogenic diet. I'm not personally on a Ketogenic diet, however, there's a few recipes I plan to try.
The introduction section is extremely informative on the use of a ketogenic diet, giving an effective summary of the nutritional values needed to maintain the diet and tips on maintaining the diet. I found it helpful that the ingredients were listed in both imperial and metric measurements, and I appreciated the nutritional values of each meals being documented with the recipe. The recipes were easy to read, however, it specifies a temperature, do not buy this if you have an actifry (aproximately 180C) or other air frier that you cannot change the temperature with. I do wish that the book contained more images as I still have no idea what a Bulgogi is.

This is a good air fryer cookbook for those just starting to figure out how to use their airfryer. Unfortunately, for the most part the recipe are uninventive. I don't have a lot of knowledge about the Keto diet but I feel like Fajitas was not a recipe that needed to be improved that much for the diet. If you want to get your foot in the door of air frying and on a healthier level this is a good book for you. For those who are more experienced cooks looking to unlock the fool potential of your airfryer I would recommend moving on.
I adored this. I have other air fryer cook books and didn't necessarily think that I would get a huge amount from this but I was wrong. It's a complete game changer.
Not just an Air Fryer Cookbook there is a guide to the Keto diet at the start which is really clear and with lots of tips on how to follow the Keto diet.
The recipes are very much aimed at the USA and contain a lot of ingredients that are hard to find in the UK.
The actual recipes are clear and precise but lacking in photos.

Decent intro to using an air fryer. Recipes are interesting but only a couple I will try. The reason is I need to cook for a low salt Mediterranean diet for my husband. When I requested this ARC, I didn't realize it was for keto diet. I f that is the diet you follow, this book seems like there are many delicious recipes for you.
This is a great book for ideas and recipes for your air fryer! There a a lot of recipes in here that are simple and easy to do. I will definitely be using my air fryer more!

We don't strictly follow a Keto diet, but I like to reference Keto recipes as easy options to find lower-carb dishes. One of our kiddo's has a few food allergies, and Keto seems to be a category of recipes that often work with her limitations. If you are following Keto, counting carbs/calories, each recipe has the Nutrition facts per serving directly on each page.
I like the format of this cookbook. The instructions are straight-forward and easy to follow. One nice bonus about the ingredient list - items are listed in both teaspoon and mls. I also appreciate a long list of homemade sauces at the end that can be added to other dishes.
We've had our Air Fryer about a year, but I am always looking for additional items we can make in it. I think this cookbook would make a good gift.
Having just bought an aiirfryer I found this book really useful. Lots of recipes for different occasions. Would recommend.

I had high hopes for this book, having been one of those people who invested in an air fryer during the dreaded COVID era. Unfortunately, there were’t many things that stood out for me. Maybe I’m fussy.
