So glad to see topics like burnout handled in a frank, matter-of-fact way. Alan Stein writes in practical, relatable ways, expanding on the core mindset pieces that have fueled his growth. I'll keep it in mind for my clients who draw inspiration from sports and the traditional coach-athlete relationship, or who do not identify with the "ladyboss" approach to burnout.
So much of society especially within entrepreneurial communities. As a person that wants to have an impact in the world, we want to contribute, and we want to enjoy life too. So if we deliberately design our game so that we are sustained, then we will succeed and the framework of perform, pivot and prevail supports the focusing on the things that matter to sustain not just your role in the game but also living experience.
