I am known to have healthy boundaries. Setting boundaries at home is different than outside in the world. Being raised by a father who served the military coming from a traditional Indian family and an Asian mom, daughter to a soldier in WW II, boundaries were set differently at home than in the world: firm versus soft.

As a divorce mediator and relationship coach this work book is the perfect gift to give to my clients. I am even adding it to the reading list for one of my programs.

I believe setting boundaries is part of a healthy selfcare routine, just like your skincare routine when you greet the day and night. Family, friends, work, social media and even you yourself are fields where you can learn to prevent a challenge from becoming a crisis like a burn out for instance.

This is an accessible work book to pick your own field without pressure, no shoulds or have to’s so you can build your own ‘white picket fence’ reflecting your own needs in your own pace and space.

Most self help books ‘tell’ you what you should do best. However, this book reminds me of the saying: Give a man a fish and feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.
