This is Nate and Henrietta’s story. They meet by accident during the rescuing of a baby. Nate steps in to protect Henrietta. They take an instant attraction to each other. Her friend tries to find out who he is. Her friends invite him to come to tea and day trips so they could spend time together. They fall in love. Unfortunately Nate abducted her sister four years ago to stop her from marrying his friend. Her sister does not want them to be together. Henrietta stands up to her. He is a changed man. I loved the story.

This book was funny and I did enjoy it but not as much as I thought I would, I’m reading this without reading the previous books and I don’t know if it would have been better if I would have read the previous books first but I’m not sure it’s okay but not my favourite read of the year.

I love Ella Quinn's books. They are funny, entertaining and romantic. I love both characters in this book. The hero has grown and changed. The heroine is strong and independent. I love how the family and friends play in the plot of this book. A fun and romantic historical book...
