I ended up reading this whole book when it came out and I LOVED it. I loved the steam but i also just loved him that Grant was so open about how much he liked her. he wasn't playing any games and i feel like in romance books you find those type of male characters a lot. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Abby Jimenez does it again! This book arrived just when I needed a pick me up. Abby managed to deal with real, challenging issues in her books while always infusing levity and humor and flirtatiousness too. So thankful for the chance to gobble this one up. It has stayed with me and I keep wanting to dive back in and not let go of these characters. Loved it!!!

This was a great little preview, albeit TOO SHORT! Jesus, how is Daniel already this swoon-worthy after only two chapters voiced by him? I cannot wait for my pre-order to get here, I already want to read more...

Thank you Net Galley for the preview. I have never read an Abby Jimenez book before, but from the preview of this one, I definitely want to read the rest of it. There is quick and witty banter between Alexis and Daniel and a baby goat is involved. I can feel the chemistry already and I've only read the first 4 chapters. looking forward to the rest!

Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Part of Your World by Abby Jimenez

After a bet, a wild night, a baby goat and some delicious gourmet grilled-cheese, Alexis Montgomery and Daniel Grant's lives are turned upside down. Even with their insanely different lives, the chemistry between them is unmistakable. Will she have to choose between Daniel and… her family, her job, her life?

CW: Toxic family relationship, emotionally abusive ex-boyfriend.

One of my favourite element of the book was that the main character was in therapy, she just got out of a very toxic relationship and made sure to take care of herself, so that she could recognize patterns and find tools to help her forward. I thought their love story was sweet and charming and full of dept.

To be honest I feel like there was something missing, I'm not sure what it is, I can't quite put my finger on it, but at the end of the novel

Did you feel like this too? What were your thoughts?

I don’t typically read book previews because if I’m invested enough to read a few chapters, I typically want to be able to keep reading - even the previews at the back of book. All this to say, I adore Abby Jimenez so much that I couldn’t wait to get my hands on even just a small portion of her next release “Part of Your World”. And boy was I not disappointed at all! Such a great meet cute, excellent banter, and strong writing immediately hooked me and sent me straight to my local indie bookstore’s pre-order form! I can’t wait to get my hands on the full text!

Abby Jimenez? I'm a fan! Whatever she's writing, I'm reading. Her writing tackles some super tough topics but does so with fun, laughter and so much heart! I love that her books waste no time getting started and stay fast paced throughout.
Opposites attract and Alexis finds herself attracted to a much younger man, Daniel. Are they too different to date or is a change of pace exactly what Alexis needs? Dual point of views, which are a personal favorite. Thank you to NetGalley and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for this advanced preview. Cannot wait to get my hands on the full book!

I have read and enjoyed other Abby Jimenez books and so I was excited to have the chance to read this preview. The characters seem likable and I'm excited to get and read the entire book when it is released on April 19th. This one will be another great book in her lineup of fun romances.

I swore once I finished @authorabbyjimenez 's Part Of Your World that I would simply post my review on Goodreads, play it cool, and wait until closer to April to post anything on Bookstagram.

You see how well that worked out for me?!?

When it comes to Abby's books, I have NO CHILL WHATSOEVER, so when I was approved to read her latest last weekend, it immediately jumped to the top of my TBR and it could not be tamed.

Y'all, this book is everything. It will make you laugh out loud, swoon, sob into your pillow, experience butterflies - in- your -stomach excitement, and feel as though you've been put through the emotional wringer by the end of it. But, in typical and beautiful Abby fashion, it will be 1,000,000 percent worth it, and you will absolutely fall in love with everyone involved (aside from a few characters who shall remain nameless), secondary characters and adorable animals included!

I'm saving my big review for Goodreads and for closer to April when this masterpiece hits shelves, but for now, know that you ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY need Alexis, Daniel, Bri, Doug, Brian, Liz, Derek, Hunter, and Chloe in your life!! You don't want FOMO come April, so drop what you're doing and give this book a pre-order or library hold ASAP. And if you haven't read any of Abby's amazing work yet? You have over five months to read three SPECTACULAR books, so GET AT IT!

A huge, huge thank-you to @readforeverpub @authorabbyjimenez @thatssostelle@netgalley and @toallthenerdygirls for my #gifted galley. You have made my week, month, year, and I can't wait to chat more about this one! Have you read this one yet? If so, hit me up because I need to gush, and also, if you're on Facebook, join Abby's reader group for Part of Your World, or if you're interested in an ARC, check out her Traveling ARC Program!

I have been trying to read the preview closer to Pub Date, April 19, but I caved! Something about Abby Jimenez's novels always draws me in. In Part of Your World, we are introduced to Alexis and Daniel. It is a dual POV, which is wonderful! Alexis finds her car stuck in a ditch and Daniel was there to assist her. Right from the beginning, the chemistry between Alexis and Daniel is noticeable and ELECTRIC! I was swooning the entire time. Their conversation just felt real and the writing truly draws you in and keeps you entranced the entire time. I loved the preview so much and if you have the chance to read it, definitely do! This was an amazing preview, I cannot wait to binge the book on Pub Day!

Oh goodness, what an amazing start to what is sure to be a hilarious, fun ride with two polar opposite characters. I can’t wait to see how these two character’s worlds will collide. The opening chapters hold promise for yet another enjoyable story by Jimenez who is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors!! Can’t wait for this novel’s release to dive into the full novel!

I am so excited to continue reading this when the full novel is released. I've already begun to fall in love with the main characters and their chemistry, and I know that I love Abby Jimenez's writing. From the bit that I've been able to read, I highly recommend this book, as well as any others by Jimenez.

Thank you to NetGalley for the preview of this book. This is my first book I've read from Abby Jimenez and I'll definitely be picking up more while I wait for this book to be released! While I only have read the first 4 chapters I can say I am totally invested in finding out what happens to Alexis and Daniel. They have an undeniable chemistry right from the beginning and Daniel seems like the boy next door who you'd want to bring home to your parents. Cant wait to finish the book once it is released!

eading Abby's books always make me want to get through them as quickly as possible but also make them last as long as possible. She's done it again with this beautiful and deep romance with Doctor Alexis Montgomery and b&b/carpenter Daniel Grant. This story takes you on a fairytale journal. Abby has purposely infused gorgeous moments of magic into the story to show us all the power of love and help the reader to be transported into the extraordinary.

The contrast between the wealthy family Alexis comes from and the humble background of Daniel is vividly created in the book. Ideas around wealth and class structures come to the forefront during their relationship. There's no shortage of humor in the book from the funny and quirky townspeople where Daniel is the mayor, to Alexi's best friend who does not have any sort of filter. Abby takes us on an emotional journey of not only love, but finding oneself beneath all the family expectations that strongly hold both of these characters.

The emotional and physical abuse discussed in the book is done in a way that conveys the severity of the issue but also shows the possibility for healing from such trauma. You will laugh and you will cry, and your heart will be full after reading this book!

CW: Emotional and physical abuse
