This one will keep you guessing until the end! With loads of twists and turns you'll think you know who done it but guess again! Very well developed characters! Third book in the series and I love how the characters are evolving. Great story plot! Keep this series going! You'll not want to put this one down!!!! Thanks #netgalley and #Crookedlanebooks for the eARC in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are mine.
First off, it is fun to read about an area I visited years ago, and thought it was stunning. The outer-banks of North Carolina are charming, and this series fits this perfectly. Charlotte runs a B&B and helps solve a murder in this cozy mystery. Third in the series, and the first I've read, and overall not many issues. Still though, would recommend reading the others first, but enjoyed this one too.
After a last minute cancellation, a former teaching colleague of Charlotte’s books Chapters for their book club get away. How lucky to get bookings that late…though when one of the book club guests is murdered, maybe it wasn’t luck at all.
As Ellen and Charlotte set out to find a murderer, they find that almost every member of the book club could be the murderer, along with a local boating captain. As they dig new reasons keep popping up for most of the suspects and Charlotte just hopes nothing else will happen and that the killer will be found before he, or she, escapes town at the end of their stay. Most of all, she hopes that she, Alicia and Eileen will be safe and outlive the sleuthing.
A great series set in a B&B filled with books…how could you not love a setting like this? Add in the characters and you’ve got the makings for one of the most enjoyable cozy series out there!
The author has done it again with a well-crafted cozy mystery that kept me guessing until the very end.
A Fatal Booking had enough twists and turns to keep me engrossed in the story until the very end. Well done!
Charlotte and Ellen are once again helping the local police solve a murder at Chapters Bed & Breakfast. Who poisoned the guest at the Mad Hatter’s Party? Why? A guest from the past also visits as part of the group. Gavin returns to help the gals with their case. Enjoyable cozy. Third in the series.

This book was sent to me by a Netgalley electronically for review…athe main character owns a Bed and Breakfast and is hosting ,members of a book club for their retreat…some of the members are friends while others have become almost enemies… Murder…mayhem…friendship…solving the murder…who did it? A neighbor who is more than what she seems…the dead woman…who wanted her gone? The story moves quickly and is a fun read.
