Book three in the series and it’s another perfect addition. A quick read and cute rom-com with good narrating that I enjoyed.
Thank you, Emma Hart, Dreamscape & Netgalley for my copy. All opinions are my own.

I love the main character's voice nd it was brought to life in a lovely fashion by the narrator. And the chemistry between the love interests was nice but the plot itself was pretty insubstantial.

Loved this book. Quick easy read with wit and humor. Loved the characters and writing. Read more of Emma's book based off this one.

A quick, light hearted read. It would be a perfect read for a vacation or a snowy day!
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the advanced audio copy of this book.

This was a very cute romcom. It had a lovely characters for you to contact to and sweet romance. Sweet, sassy and funny. If you love that mixture you'll love this book.

This book was not for me. On the plus side I am glad that it was short. This book had no steam in it, and if there was a little this would have been better.

I just finished reading The Idiot's Guide to Blind Dating. It's a quick, easy read, and would make a great snow day or beach book.
Piper Carter is the owner of Queen of Tarts bakery. She purchased the bakery when she received an unexpected settlement from a co-worker's lawsuit. She's happily single and fighting to avoid blind dates that her friends arrange.
Piper has a strict rule about dating. She's not interested in a relationship, so she limits her dates to one-night stands. You can imagine her horror when she accepts one last blind date, and finds her date to be Ryan Maverick. Ryan is a best selling author and Piper has already spent one night with him.
This book is nothing but fun as Ryan schemes to spend more time with Piper. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a rom-com.
In the interest of full disclosure, I received a free digital copy of this book to review from Net Galley.

I totally didn’t need to read this book but I am so happy I did. So funny and informative! This is a must read if you are in your twentys

Another good audiobook and story. I love Emma Hart and here writing style Piper and Maverick were great and I loved their chemistry. I loved seeing maverick adapt what he was learning to his work. It made me wonder if that is how it really works for the authors . I enjoy visiting this world and seeing all the other characters as well.

Going into this book I did not know that it was a part of a series, and if I would have known that I probably would have had different expectations going into it. Since I had not read any of the other books, I was a bit lost and didn't fully feel like I was connected to the characters. I enjoyed the book enough to finish it, but it felt a little rushed to me and Piper got on my nerves at times. I liked Maverick's character, but I think this book would have been better if it was longer because it would have allowed time for the characters themselves to develop more, as well as the relationships between the characters.
Thank you to Netgalley for the ARC copy.

Piper is a baker and turns out the most delicious bread, cookies, cakes, and cheese cakes. She has no time for dating. Her best friend set her up with Maverick and promises her if she will go on this one date, she will not try to fix her up again. Maverick is a successful author of romance novels and is stuck on his latest novel that has a baker as a lead character. Since Maverick agrees to pay her for three original recipes and the privilege of watching her work, she agrees to help him. I loved the characters. The protective big brother, loyal best friends, the author who is nearly perfect, Piper who is hard working, and a grandmother at the Senior Center who has unique residents living at the center. This book is full of tender moments and shows how hard it is to be a successful business owner and an author. Great story!

A fun continuation to a cute series. This one has a trope that I quite enjoy: the one night stand who comes back to become more. And meddling (but well-meaning friends). And he needs her help. All the elements for a very enjoyable read!

Another good audiobook and story. Piper and Maverick were great and I loved their chemistry. I loved seeing Mav adapt what he was learning to his work. It made me curious if that is how it really works for the author too. I enjoy visiting this world and see all the other characters as well.

Piper is the last of her group of friends not to have a significant other, and that is perfectly fine with her. However, they won’t let her be, and she is forced into a blind date with the guy it turns out she recently had a one-night-stand with, Maverick. Not only that, but she is a baker, and he is a writer writing a romance where the female lead is a baker. His own baking attempts have not gone well, so he strikes a deal with her – she will provide some recipes for his book and show him some of her routine in her bakery in exchange for some cash and his crediting her and her store in his book when it is published. Spending so much time with Mav might just remind her of the chemistry they had together that first night.
This is my favorite book of the series, although the debut didn’t set a high bar to beat. Though this book is the last in the Introvert trilogy, they can all be read as stand-alones. There is a lot here to love for typical romance readers – a bakery full of delicious foods, a guy who writes romance novels, and friends who own a bookstore! Despite the way Piper and Mav met (off the page, before the book begins), this is a tame romance. It was a cute, quick story, and the narrators did a good job with the audiobook.
Many thanks to NetGalley for providing me an audio ARC of this book.

I received a copy of this audiobook from NetGalley and Dreamscape Media in exchange for an honest review.
This is the third book in a trilogy “The Introverts Guide To…” Online Dating is the first book and Speed Dating is the second: both of which I also listened to and loved.
While this is a trilogy - the trilogy is a spin off from 2 previous series following a group of friends. The One Night Stand Next Door/The Girl Next Door. The Bookworms Guide to Dating/Faking It/Flirting. While it’s not completely necessary to have read these books previously I can see where it would make the pay off more enjoyable. This being the last single friend in the group the epilogue does include bits about the other couples.
Some back story is indicated but I did not feel like I was missing much. I don’t even think it’s really essential to have read the previous books to enjoy this one. So this one can be read as a standalone in my opinion but you may not care as much about the epilogue.
This was a shorter audiobook coming in at 4 hours 19 min - something you can easily listen to all in one day which is sometimes just what you need.
This was a great cast of characters again especially the side jaunts to visit the wacky grandparents in the nursing home and their chickens. The older generations antics have continued as the B plot throughout the series.
Heroine is a small town bakery owner/baker who wants to franchise. Hero is a romance author writing a book about a bakery romance but knows nothing about baking. I was about 38% in when I had to text a friend who is a bakery owner/baker to tell her to check it out!
I love the alternating male - female narration. The narrators were phenomenal and sound quality could not have been better.
This was a fun, short, small town, contemporary rom com with much less steam than its predecessors. Closed door in fact but still fun. 5/5

The Introvert's Guide to Blind Dating by Emma Hart is the third book in The Introvert's Guide series. I had not read the previous two books and was easily able to read this as a standalone romance.
I thought this was a great book! The story was fun with great laugh out loud moments. The characters were relatable, likable, and the chemistry felt real. I loved the sweet romance, it made me feel all the feels!
The narration by Savannah Peachwood & Tim Paige was great! They brought a fun element to the book.
I look forward to reading the other books in this series and recommend this one looking for a fun read!
I received an advance review copy for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

The Introvert's Guide to Blind Dating by Emma Hart is a fun, light-hearted romance. I was immediately drawn in by the charming characters and punchy dialogue. This is the third in this spin-off series and I enjoyed it as much as the others. It's easy to follow without having read the other book(s). The novel was sharply written and moved quickly.
The book revolves around Piper, a bakery owner; and Maverick, a romance writer visiting her small town. They start a friendship based on him writing a character who is a baker in his newest novel and begin a friendly collaboration. I found them both relatable and charming and enjoyed their chemistry. I do wish they got together earlier and it was a little steamier, but I enjoyed the story. I listened to the audiobook, which was very well narrated and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fun short read and great addition to the series.
Thank you Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for providing this audiobook ARC.

I throughly enjoyed this romance. The banter between the two leads was immaculate and hilarious. It gave a lot more insight to the characters and allows the listener to get to know their personalities better. The two narrators seemed well suited for the roles. Both did a great job with the group of characters and it was easy to differentiate between them. The narration flowed easily and the story unfolded at a fast pace. The rules at the beginning of each chapter helped separate them and set up the events to come. The ending was sweet which is fitting for a bakery romance.
The few issues I had was with the switching between the narrators. At times it felt jarring and brought me out of the story when they switched from Piper and Maverick because there seemed to be no pattern in the switching. Also Piper’s constant insistence on not wanting to date every five minutes felt overly repetitive.
Overall a sweet, funny read.

This was an audiobook arc from Netgalley which I received in exchange for an honest review.
Piper is a baker and single so one of her friends sets her up with Maverick not knowing that the two have already been together before. It’s very cute with Maverick shadowing Piper for his book. He needs three recipes and Piper helps him.
I thought this novella? was pretty good just it was rather short and it didn’t have much spice to it. I would like to read more from Emma Hart in the future. It was pretty funny.

This was a fun read/listen. I listened to this one on audio. It's a shorter story and it's the third book in a series. I haven't read the other books, but had no problem following along. Maverick and Piper's story is flirty and fun. There are laugh out loud moments and groan out loud moments as well. The story was light and fun and a perfect break from angsty romance! I'll have to check out the others in the series!
