FUN, that is what this one was, just pure FUN. Piper is focused on her business and doesn't have time for dating and she is the first one to tell her friends this but she caves and lets them set her up for a blind date. Only when she shows up for this blind date it turns out to not be a blind date at all but someone she knows...and has been intimate with. Maverick is a romance writer and he has moved to town to write his latest book. It just happens it involves a bakery and he doesn't know the first thing about baking. When he finally gets Piper to agree to help him, for a price, with his book, things really heat up. Will they be able to find a happy ending with no only the recipes but with story ending too?
I really enjoyed this one!

Emma Hart’s The Introvert's Guide to Blind Dating, #3 in The Introvert's Guide, is a funny, sweet, friends-to-lovers romance primarily narrated by Savannah Peachwood in first-person (POV) with added narration from Tim Paige. Hart’s description is vivid, the dialogue witty, and character development and interactions for Piper and Maverick are nuanced. Those of the recurring characters are consistent from one novel to the next. Her development of Piper’s and Maverick’s relationship from a one-night stand to friends-to-lovers is nicely done though the book is short. I love the scenes with them talking and getting to know each other better as she helps him with research for his novel. Piper’s and Maverick’s interactions are sweet, sexy, and humorous. They have sparks aplenty, but you can see their admiration and respect for each other grow with developing friendship.
Piper, a loner by her own admission, is actually happy with her life as it is and not looking for a man, romance, or love. She’s focused on following her dreams – expanding and franchising her bakery. Her interfering friends won’t take no for an answer, setting her up on a blind date with the “perfect” guy for her. However, he turns out to be her recent one-night stand Maverick. Maverick’s a romance author who needs help researching his next romance about a baker, but he also has a hidden agenda to win over Piper, with whom he’d love to pursue something serious. Unfortunately, she believes he’s a playboy heartbreaker which isn’t true. He needs the chance to convince her otherwise, and his fast-approaching deadline gives him an excuse to spend time with her without scaring her away. They make a mutually beneficial agreement that helps both achieve their goals. Will Piper lose her heart to a heartbreaker or a genuinely sweet guy who is perfect for her after all?
Peachwood’s and Paige’s narration is lively and entertaining. Both vividly bring Hart’s characters and story to life, drawing you quickly into the novel. They also provide distinct voices for each character, capturing the moods of the scenes and the characters, along with their personality and quirks, using pitch, cadence, diction, dialect, etc. The narrators capture the humor and the emotion of the novel with perfect balance. I love Peachwood’s voice, and while her narration doesn’t throw me out of the story, I prefer Paige’s narration for the male characters.
Readers who like contemporary romances with themes of second chance romance, opposites attract, friends-to-lovers, secret relationship, following your dreams, with bonuses of writing and baking should enjoy this quick, sweet, funny, and romantic listen.

At only 151 pages (and 4 hours audio... which, if you're like me and listen faster than 1x) this is a SUPER quick read. A nice little palate cleanser.
The cover is fun, and so is the story line. Nothing too over the top dramatic happens between the MC and her love interest to make them fight and break up (for that I am thankful) and it's on the gentler side of the romance, which is also a nice change of pace.
There was a brief moment when I had this series mixed up with the author's bookworm series (and didn't figure that out until I started this review. Whoops!) Overall this was an enjoyable read, and I now need to go find the rest of this series.
Thank you to Netgalley and Dreamscape Media for allowing me to listen to this audiobook.

The introvert's Guide To Blind Dating by Emma Hart is everything I want from my romantic comedy. It has swoony moments and hilarious dialogue.
Piper, the town's best baker, gives in to a blind date and is shocked when it is Maverick, best selling romance author, who she had a one night stand with awhile ago. He needs her help with his baker romance novel. Let the tasty moments begin!
Narrators Savannah Peachwood and Tim Paige really made this a fun romance. Their voices were just so delightful with great comic timing. A sweet romance to fill my heart.
I received a free copy of this audiobook from. Dreamscape Media via #NetGalley for a fair and honest review. All opinions are my own.

Stars: 3.5 - A baker and an author who had a previous one night stand get set up on a blind date - then hilarity ensues. She doesn’t want to date him but he wants to learn from her all about baking for his new book. Needless to say, this one was fun & light - an easy listen. Didn’t love it but it was a good read. Recommended for anyone who likes cute romances with some sizzle but no open door scenes.

This was a fun, light read, perfect for the Hallmark channel. Some of the dialogue was a bit stilted, but the characters were cute and had good chemistry. The narrators of the audio version of this book were fairly good, but I would have liked it better if they had interacted more within the chapters. The female voice trying to portray the dialogue of the male characters in the chapters that were from Piper's perspective didn't work well for me.

This is a great read as a palate cleanser or when you simply need some brain candy. I love chick lit romance and this title did not disappoint. It was sweet and swoony with main characters that were funny and real and smart. I didn’t find it to be predictable and was quite entertained by it. It was also fun to get updates on characters from the previous books in the series, although the books work quite well as standalone titles.
I received an ARC courtesy of NetGalley and the publisher. The opinions are my own.

This is the 3rd book in "The Introvert's Guide to Dating)
The series follows a group of friends each book focuses on a different friend you don't need to read the others to follow the series but if you don't read the earlier books you will have some spoilers for who ended up with who and what's going on after there book.
This one follows Piper who is a STRONG woman who has a bakery and in all the books her bakery is a hub where everyone goes. She doesn't need or want a relationship. But that doesn't stop them from setting her up on blind dates. Finally she says this is the last one she is going on no matter what.
Turns out her blind date is someone she has seen naked one time and has a fun night to remember.
But that was it and why is he looking at her like that?
He is a popular romance author with rumors that follow him. She doesn't have time for him or anything that comes along with him. But he's sticking around town to work on his book and he needs her help with some recipes for the story he offers to pay her for help nd give her credit for the food. She can't pass up the offer and the more time they spend together is the story just a story or could it be there story?
I've enjoyed all 3 audio books and the 2nd book was my favorite but this one is a close 2nd. its a fun laugh out loud romance and sometimes you just need something light hearted and these books fit the bill.
Thank you NetGalley for this audio arc in exchange for a honest review.

Romcom fans add this to your TBR stat! This is a super cute and fun read. I’m a sucker for a book about books and when the handsome author is writing a romance about baking…heck yeah!! This is the perfect recipe for a book that needs to be devoured at once. He he…see what I did there?!
The narrators are fantastic and the book is fairly short. The only thing I didn’t love was the ending as I wasn’t ready for it to end and gladly would've taken more. Thankfully the epilogue gave me the more I was looking for.

Man this book is cheesy to the max. Many of the lines were plain awkward. I wish I could support the author and give a better rating but this one was definitely not worth the time. I had the audio book and the female narrator was also very awkward to listen to

I haven’t read (or in this case listened) to any of the other books in this series, but that definitely didn’t deter me from picking this one up. Piper and Maverick had some seriously awesome chemistry and I adored their interactions. At time the pacing was a little slow, but overall I really enjoyed this one and will definitely be picking up the others in the series.

Thank you to NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for an audiobook ARC in exchange for an honest review.
2.5/5 ⭐️s
This book’s biggest crime is just being boring. Piper and Maverick should’ve been shooting off enough sparks to be a fire hazard, but instead they were bland and forgettable. If you’re looking for a quick read to pass the time, I’d recommend this, but don’t expect anything to romantic.
Personally, I had issue with some of the remarks characters made - they spoke to a base level of thinking I just didn’t vibe with:
Maverick saying it’s okay that Piper’s doing the dishes since she has a dishwasher, and it’s not like she’s REALLY doing the dishes…all while he sits and stares at her ass.
Piper worrying about her weight by commenting about gaining the “mother nature 90”. Heaven forbid she lose her sex appeal if she gains weight.
Maverick remarking on Piper eating too much sugar in a day.
Another character stating they had come to a hike because Piper’s brother was “on his period”…because nothing says, “I’m a moody dick who’s gate keeping who my sister sleeps with” quite like comparing it to a normal female hygienic function.
Moments like these not only took me out of the story. They made the characters a bit dislikable. I probably won’t look into any other books from this author.

This was a nice ending to the series. I was fortunate enough to receive this book in audio form and enjoyed it. Maverick is a romance author and Piper is needing helping in the dating department. After her friends help with setting her up doing the blind date thing. After awhile, sparks are staring to fly. I enjoyed this book. It was a quick narration. I liked her others in the series and enjoyed this one as well.
I received this ARC through #netgalley and I am voluntarily reviewing this book

The Introvert's Guide to Blind Dating by Emma Hart is the third book in the Introvert's Guide series and it is a HOOT! Seriously, it constantly made me chuckle and I finished it with a huge smile on my face!
Piper and Maverick are delightful! Piper is driven, cute, dedicated, sweet, a little gun shy, and focused on doing what makes her happy, however she can. Maverick is charming, witty, capable and talented, and a go-getter, willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish what he's set out to do.
This is a delightful opposites attract, a dash of mutual pining, a smidgen of will they won't they, and a healthy glug of anticipation, all essential components in the recipe making up this book!

A sweet and lighthearted fun romance story! I enjoyed the small town vibes, with this romance between an independent baker and a romance author who’s doing some research about baking for his current book project. This was a great audiobook, a fast and easy read that I enjoyed listening to over the course of the afternoon. I enjoyed the characters, the small town vibes that reminded me of Gilmore Girls, the Hallmark town bakery vibes, and the sweet cast of friends. It did help me immerse myself into the story since I’ve read some of the author’s other works about others in this friends group, so I had a point of reference. However, this could easily be read as a stand-alone as well. If you love lots of humor, sassy senior citizens and cute romance stories, then this is a great one to check out. Thanks to netgalley for an advanced copy of this book on audio. All opinions are my own.

This was a cute romcom! The author is really great at making all her characters and storylines relatable! Piper is very independent and reminds me a of a lot of girls around this age right now. She wants to work hard, get what she wants and maybe find someone if he’s right for her.
Both Piper and Mav have great narrators, but I do wish they would have been the ones talking in the conversations in each others POVs as well. Although it was funny hearing them both try to speak in different tones.
I haven’t read the other books in this series but this was great as a stand-alone!

4 tasty stars!
I definitely enjoyed this one the best of all of the books in this series. While I found all of the others charming, Piper and Maverick are absolute fire.
I loved the tropes of this one- one night stand and second chance romance. I thought that the characters roles and how they connected was amazing as well. An author needing to learn baking to authentically write a baker-brilliant. It was just so delicious that you can’t help but love it!
I just overall felt that the chemistry was perfect and this was such a delightful and easy read. I really enjoy Emma Hart’s books and look forward to her next release.
Spiciness level 3
Thank you NetGalley and Dreamscape for the audio arc!

This conclusion to the Introverts Guide trilogy was absolutely wonderful!
Piper is the only one in her friend group, a group that is more like family than just friends, that is single. While some of them have given up on trying to set her up, a couple of them though keep at it.
She drags her feet when she is set on a blind date, and the moment she sees him at the restaurant she comes face to face with someone she had a one night stand with.
Maverick is a superstar, playboy romance author, and he shocks Piper when he asks her to help him with research for his next novel since the heroine in his next novel owns a bakery just like she does. Regardless to her disdain over their blind date she agrees to help him. It's a perk that he will credit her and her store, which will allow for her bakery to finally get the recognition tbag she needs to help her have a path to franchise.
Piper keeps her heart locked away, but the more time she spends with Maverick the more she feels her resolve wavering. He leaves a trail of broken hearts in his wake, and she refuses to be one of them. But it's not always that simple. A persons heart can seek out their match and latch on even when the brain wants to stir clear.
I loved the romance that formed between these two. The dynamic of a previous one night becoming something more was done so well, as was the use of one half of the duo being famous and the other not being famous. I honestly couldn't put this audiobook down. Just like the other two novels in the series it was dual point of view which I am a sucker for. Thank you NetGalley for an ARC of this audiobook.

A delightfully witty and entertaining read with wonderful narration that helps bring the wonderfully crafted characters to life! Set in a small Montana town with a determined not to date baker and a determined to change her mind writer, you won't be sorry that you selected this book to read or listen to. I thoroughly enjoyed this rom com and am happy to realize that this book is part of a series so I can enjoy more of this author's great storytelling! I absolutely enjoyed this audiobook without having read the previous books so it can be enjoyed as a stand alone book, but I am so looking forward to going back and starting at the beginning.

This was a light and fun read. No angst and very little conflict.
The characters are likable and I really liked the premise of the story.
I wish there was more at the end, if wrapped kind of fast, and then there was an epilogue.
It feels somewhat unfinished and my guess is that we'll see more of this couple in the next book of the series.
The narrator did a great Job too. If you are looking for a light and fast book, with zero angst and not a lot of conflict, this is it.
3.5/5 stars.
