Nobody Does it Better is a small town I would say enemies to lovers story. I absolutely adore the town and people of Magnolia Sounds.
This was a wonderful story. It had me smiling and laughing, a few times I felt slightly angry and once or twice a little sad. Great book!

As this is an audiobook, there was plenty of technical issues that really affected the enjoyment of the story overall. There was also some editing issues that could have been better on this one here. The story was solid for the most part but it was a challenge getting through it all.

This was a fun, frustratingly sweet story. Peyton & Ryder were both stubborn.
They had great chemistry & the small town story was cute & a little steamy.

Full transparency- this was a total cover request and let me tell you... I listened to this book in one sitting and then had to immediately read the rest of the books that came previously. I am obsessed. This is my first interaction with Samatha Chase but it absolutely will not be my last (I mean not considering the rest of the series that I read lol) But I loved Ryder, and I loved Peyton even more. There is just something about a woman that finds her voice that I find to be so fun to follow. An absolute 5 star read for me.

I liked the premise of this book. It reminded me a bit of You've Got Mail: rich guy takes over heroine's small business, at first he's insufferable, but of course things change. The narration was good, as well as the pacing, but I didn't fully connect with the characters.

i immediately didn't connect with the heroine. Her narration seemed to give a lot of conflicting information. She inherited her family's business and is a founding family but still feels like she needs to prove herself. we're told she's attracted to the hero, who is pushy and rude, but he's an outsider and she is rude back. I don't know, I just don't like this

When I first started this audiobook, I didn't realize that it was part of a series. In fact, it's book 9 of Samantha Chase's Magnolia Sound series. That being said, I don't feel like I lost much of the story by not reading the previous 8 books. I would be interested in reading/listening to more of the series though. I found this one a little slow at first but halfway though I was hooked and couldn't get enough. It seems like opinions are split on this based on other reviews I've seen, but I really liked Ryder and Peyton in this story. I loved the small town setting of Magnolia Sound. And I'm a sucker for a billionaire romance. So this really was right up my alley. I also really enjoyed the narration of this book!

I loved and would recommend this! The characters, narrator, storyline...it was all fantastic!
Peyton and Ryder were an enemies to lover trope. Who doesn’t love that. It was a very easy listen. Another Samantha chase book for the win
Such a fun listen!

Peyton has her heart set on the perfect property in Magnolia Sound. She has finally saved enough money and goes to the realtor to make her dreams come true. Ryder, a billionaire, wants the property for a luxurious resort and has just signed papers with the owner of the land. Devastated, Peyton confronts Ryder, and their confrontations both anger and excite each other. Ryder thinks he knows how to make Magnolia Sound better. Peyton wants her beloved town, founded by her grandfather, to remain just like it is. Both Peyton and Ryder are great characters and their relationship is fun to watch. His formal, wealthy family vs. her loving, supportive family are great contrasts. This book is about caring for each other’s dreams, compromising, and trusting in each other. Great book.

Peyton Bishop loves the small town of Magnolia Sound that was founded by her great-Grandfather. Most of the family owns businesses in the town. Peyton runs a cafe that she inherited but she has always dreamed of starting her own restaurant. Just as she has saved enough money to purchase the property that she has her heart set on, someone buys it. Ryan Ashford is a wealthy businessman that purchased the property as he plans to build an upscale resort in the town. The town is a small layback town that is happy with the way it is. However, he thinks that he will be improving the town. He never expects the beautiful cafe owner to call him out about his plans. While being annoyed at her opposition, he enjoys sparring with her.
He ends up hiring her for her expertise in restaurants to consult on plans for the restaurants at the resort. Their relationship becomes more personal as she consults with him. This is a fun book that I recommend.

I enjoyed this audiobook but struggled with Ryder and Peyton as a couple. They just didn't make sense together and didn't seem to fit well. I enjoyed the story and characters but felt they were just an unlikely pair and didn't fit.

Peyton Bishop runs the café her grandfather left her well, but she has always dreamed of running her own place. She has been saving up for a year to put a down payment on a piece of land to start her own restaurant, but the very morning she is ready to put in the offer, she learns that newcomer to town Ryder Ashford has just bought the land. Ryder Ashford has unexpectedly come to love Magnolia Sound, and he can’t wait to build a few of his own businesses here to make the town even better. So far, everyone has been positive about the changes he plans to make. When Peyton gives Ryder an earful about his plans and how they won’t fit in with the town, Ryder decides to hire her to give input on his projects, especially the restaurant he plans to build on the land he unknowingly bought out from under her. The two must fight their attraction to each other as they attempt to work together.
Wow, Peyton was an immature brat. Honestly, I didn’t like any of the characters in this book, and that made it hard to get behind the romance. This is the first Samantha Chase book that has let me down. Obviously, I am in the minority opinion for this book, so if it sounds like a story you would like, don’t let me stop you from checking it out.
Many thanks to NetGalley for providing me an audio ARC of this book.

Ugh... Where to start? I LOVE Samantha Chase books. Seriously. I don't know what it is, but I absolutely adore her stories. This one was no exception! Thank you netgalley and the publisher for my copy of this book.

Absolutely loved and would recommend this! The characters, narrator, storyline...it was all fantastic!
Peyton and Ryder were a fun, age-gap couple...who were a enemies-to-lovers romance.
Such a fun listen!

Cute, fuzzy romance that has some mildly steamy tones.
I was a little disappointed that hard edged characters seemed to turn a little too easily. Icy parents who seemed to soften and mellow quicker than I would’ve expected. Love the way each character gives in to enhance the relationship. Loved the small town feel of the narrative but did think it a little strange that it was primarily one family dominating the town. I think it could’ve been enhanced by there being long town lineage with other families and local businesses too.
Special thanks to #DreamscapeMedia #NobodyDoesItBetter #NetGalley for early access to this audiobook.

Nobody Does it Better is the ninth book in the Magnolia Sound series by Samantha Chase. This romance is easily read as a standalone book. I've only read one other book in the series and I had no issues keeping up with the storyline.
I absolutely loved this funny, sweet romance! The characters are wonderful, with captivating personalities and a great story line. I loved the chemistry between the 2 main characters and their banter. Peyton truly comes into her own and Ryder learns some new things too!
The narration by Carly Robins was so good! I really enjoyed listening to her bring this book to life!
I look forward to returning to Magnolia Sound by reading the previous books in the series and can't wait to see what will happen in the future! I definitely recommend this book to romance lovers!
I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Nobody Does It Better is a Magnolia Sound novel by author Samantha Chase. Peyton Bishop, great granddaughter of Magnolia Sound’s founder, has vowed to make her own mark on the town. Currently she is running the Magnolia Cafe, which she inherited but has also made improvements and the business is thriving. On the very morning Peyton is set to purchase the land she has been eyeing and planning for her new restaurant, the land is snapped up by developer Ryder Ashford.
Ryder doesn’t understand why Peyton is so upset. There are plenty of other spots she could lease rather than buy. But that is not her vision, and it doesn’t seem like they see eye to eye on much. But when he makes a partnership offer and follows her lead for setting up his restaurant, including attending a convention out west and the ensuing calamities, things change, mostly for the better. But strong personalities have even stronger ideas, creating moments of drama a fits of laughter.
This is a well plotted tale with a wonderful cast of characters. I very much enjoyed this book and I do recommend it along with others from the series.

fun and peppy! I enjoy the books by samantha chase a she usually has fun characters and great dialogue for them. This one didn't disappoint :) The narration was good and easy to listen to!

STEAMYYYY... I mean what did I really expect? But I loved it. Such a cute romance. Highly recommend if this is your thing.

Sweet small town romance. That is what I think of when I think of Samantha Chase and Nobody Does it Better is exactly that! Peyton and Ryder don't have the best start, but as they come to understand each other, sparks fly and they are smitten with one another.
This is a series, but I haven't read all of the books in the series and was able to follow along well. You get a chance to reconnect with others from the series, but I was never lost. This is a great small town romance!
The narrators did a great job with the story.
