I enjoyed most of the books in this anthology, especially as so many of them followed on from series that I have previously read. It was like meeting up with old friends again. Each book is short enough to read in one sitting, but brevity does not imply a lack of content. All the stories are romantic and standalones, each one coming to a happy and festive conclusion. For light-hearted holiday entertainment, one cannot go wrong with this anthology. I received a copy of this boxset as a gift through Dragonblad Publishing and NetGalley and this is my honest and voluntary review.

This is a beautiful collection of seasonal novella’s, I reviewed just a few in detail below so you can get a taste for the book, but I loved every one, they made me feel very Christmassy and really got me in the mood for seasonal festivities.

A sweet and gentle love story, set in the Clan Ross series, and a little village not far from the family stronghold.
Edan is a blacksmith and Galena a healer, both are struggling to fit in the village, but for different reasons, which is rife with gossips.
This is a seasonal tale of them coming together and finding their destinies lie with each other.

I really love this authors stories, and this one I thought so lovely.
If a couple in your clan were once betrothed and now couldn’t stand to be together, all because of another person spread rumours and they took it for true, how would you deal.
Well in this story he sends the two on a journey together, let them rely on each other for a while, and hopefully clear the air.
Based on Good King Wenceslas.
Sweet and thought provoking.

All I want for Christmas is my Hart

We’re back with Devon and Atalanta Hart, but this time we’re in the Highlands with family.
This is a story that will really get those heartstrings pulling, Devon is having doubts about his own worth, it’s up to a small boy and his niece to show him that beauty is not skin deep.
And his wife to show him that love conquers all.
I’m guessing the song, All I want for Christmas is you, may be the Christmas link here.

Linked to the Christmas song, Have yourself a Merry little Christmas.
This is a beautifully sweet and romantic story, of love at first sight, wishful thinking and hope for a seasonal wish coming true.
An Earl who’s injured sees a beautiful smile and a stunning young woman, not knowing her, he set out to find her identity.
The young lady in question thinks of him constantly, but until her father returns from abroad, she struggles to let herself believe she can continue with her life and future.
Do Christmas wishes come true?
Of course they do.
Charlotte is going to be one of those new authors to watch out for, this was wonderful to read.

The Irvine's of Drum series was one of my favourites, so to have a new novella from it was very special.
Marjorie and Benjamin are a little bit special too, this is a beautiful story, one of hope and love, somewhat unrequited but sweet.
The two eventually finding their way to happiness.
It’s linked to the series by some favourite characters in William, Reginald and many others.
The song Mistletoe and Holly is the theme.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book and every story it contains, although only a few are reviewed in detail, you can be sure they are all just as good.

Thankyou to Dragonblade and Netgally for the opportunity to review this book.
I received an Arc copy of this book and chose to post this review
