I hate not to give a completely positive review – I know what hard work writing is! This book, however, did not match my sense of humour. I can see it would be very funny for others, just not me. Sorry.

It took me a while to get into this book, but I was very glad that I persevered through the first chapter. When the book got going, the storyline became more and more interesting ( albeit, some of the language incomprehensible to a non Scot), and I really began to enjoy the book.
Came to an end far too soon!
This is a writer that I will definitely look out for in the future and I look forward to reading more of his books.

What a fabulous romp through the Heather this fun story is with characters that would benefit from a visit to the nearest psychologist.
There seems no end to the taking back Scotland from the Sasgunnach that has been on and off the agenda for several centuries only now is the N.A.I.L.S organisation in its infancy having big plans to return Scotlands independence once and for all.
Highly recommended.
