An intriguing read that relays both theory and practical and lived experiences which i enjoyed.
I liked how the chapters/ sections take you on that learning curve of gaining an understanding of critical hope is, although the way through creating a safe space, some stories/ reflections from the author to finally what the limitations and boundaries could possibly be.
