The concept of having a brief, productive team huddle at the beginning of every day is intriguing, and I picked up this book to find out more. However, the style of the book, peppered with TM's and buzzwords, was really not my speed and I didn't find the content very useful beyond the broad concept.

Divided into nine main chapters with extra chapters, this book gives the basic idea and concept regarding work culture and leadership.

Citing realistic examples and main issues that a new business face, the book provides practical tips with reliable references and explanations.

I appreciate the parts which go to the root cause of each issue that we might face and provide the options we can go for.

Scientific but easy to understand by one and all, this book is a basic for our bookshelves.
